Managed to fix it in the end. I installed MX player and tried that for a bit; audio and subtitles weren’t working, so switched back to default and all of a sudden it was fixed…
Still very weird bug and hope it doesn’t come back. And if anyone else is experiencing it, there’s you’re fix I guess
Did a factory reset but no luck either. No one else experiencing this? Was working fine before, so surely something went wrong with the update?
Real bummer because many movies/series have aspect ratios which I can’t manually select so will always have some stretch now
I’m having issues with aspect ratio Original being broken since the update. Original has the same behaviour as Full it seems. Movie in 1920x808 gets stetched to full screen for example. So now I need to manually change each time which is not very convenient
I see a lot of people factory reset with each update, is that officially recommended? Surely it’s better to not factory reset and make sure there are no issues with the updating process for everyone?

Since the new update I’ve been experiencing issue with aspect ratio. The aspect ratio option Original seems to function the same as Full. So a movie in 1920x800 for example gets stretched to full screen when using Original. Need to manually adjust the ratio now each time. Anyone else experiencing this and perhaps know a fix?
I reinstalled MOL3 and checked various settings but no difference unfortunately. Very inconvenient bug as the aspect ratio syncs over Live and movies/series, so a lot of manual adjusting that needs to be done…
