Can anyone explain to me, why there are two buttons on your IR remote control with the same function in MOL3? When I press “Favorite” it will jump to My Groups and marks “Favorite”, when I press “Groups”, it does exactly the same thing. Seems like a waste of resources. TIA.
Same problem here. Recording jumps back and repeats the same sequence all over again, sometimes 3-5 times in a row. Recording was taken without anything else watching or fooling around.
In addition, last night a recording went into slow motion all the sudden for about 1-2 min, then without me doing anything went back to normal. About 1/2 an hour further into the recording the same happened again

I have an external hard drive connected to my Z11 Max Pro. May anyone point me to a step by step instruction how to use cloud shift? Thank you in advance.
I also can’t figure out, how the “jump feature” works and how to activate it. I know how to change the jump intervalls, but I can’t activate the jumps when watching Live TV, VoD or recordings. Any step by step instruction would be appreciated.
Okay, as a new user of Z11 I feel the following options are missing
Hm, I appreciate your answer but with my Formuler Box I can watch one channel and simultaneously can record a different one, which means I can get at least 2 different streams and the box sends one stream to my TV and in parallel one stream to my harddrive.
Aren’t we using IPTV because we consider this technology much more sophisticated or advanced compared to cable/satellite tv? Your answer seems to imply that Sat Receiver technology is different but due to being different also more advanced. Do I get the wrong impression?
I would like to see this limitation erased as well. Recording at least 2 channels simultaneously is standard for years on e. g. Sat receivers. And it’s even more disappointing when your IPTV provider would allow it but MOL3 doesn’t.
Hi, I am a new owner of a Z11 and I love the box, but I am also disappointed that rewind/fast forward are only working as „jumps“ and that you can’t even differentiate between the length of jump forward and jump backwards. I come from 10 years of using a satellite receiver with PVR and that was standard. Kodi/VLC don’t work for me as they split the recordings. Also disappointed that MOL3 doesn’t allow recording of 2 channels simultaneously as I was used for 10 years from my sat receiver.
Hi, I downloaded first Kodi and then VLC player to get rewinding/fast forward of my recordings. But unfortunately, when I play the recordings in these players, they get split in 30 min segments and often don’t even play in correct sequence. Does anyone have a suggestion how to get that fixed? TIA.
