Hi everyone, my remote for the Z10 has an issue. I have to press twice or more pressure to make it work! I think i need to open it for cleaning but i don t wanna break some clips ! Any help plz ??

The problem is that i can t pair it to the formuler !!

Wifi connection the chanels are long to load it takes like 3-4min

The wifi speed in the box is 72mbs

Got a used z+neo that i can t pair the remote that the guy saied it s new one

I can t also add portals , there s5 inactif ones that i can t delete so i tried modifie one of them with my adrrss and user name but got an error code 7
