Got a used z+neo that i can t pair the remote that the guy saied it s new one
I can t also add portals , there s5 inactif ones that i can t delete so i tried modifie one of them with my adrrss and user name but got an error code 7

For Z8 Series:
Go to home menu ->Settings -> Storage & Reset ->if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update" -> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.

You sure you have a neo+? Make also photo from box.
It's blocked by provider.

Can you serious not find this settings?
Home > Settings > Storage & Reset, and look for "Check for configuration update"
The check for configuration update?
That you should highlight and then 10 times press on the 0 (zero) button?
Please make photo's of box and some android menu photo's.
Your box is 100% provider blocked.

You highlight "check for update" that is good! But Don't click on that button with OK!!
Just select it and press 10 times on the 0(zero) button on your remote.
then it should reset!

Wifi connection the chanels are long to load it takes like 3-4min
The wifi speed in the box is 72mbs
Wifi is a little slow, but should be enough for iptv. I advice another test provider.
