I have the same problem. My sd card fills up with nothing. I have timeshift enabled and that is why I have the sd card in the first place. I have also had a 500gb external drive fill up with nothing. Tried different formats ntfs, fat32. Nothing solved the problem.

I am getting an error when trying to update z7+. When I try the update from the market it tells me error 19. Any suggestions please?

I have the exact same issue. Timeshift is recording on 16 gb sd card instead of 250gb ext drive. Sd is ntfs, hdd fat 32.

Hi. At present I have an external hard drive connected to my USB 3.0 port. When I connected my wireless air mouse dongle to the USB 2.0 port, the mouse did not work. In order for it to work I have to connect it to the USB 3.0 port but then I won't be able to use the external hard drive. Is there a workaround please?

Hello. I have tried to use an m3u file stored on the box instead of an m3u url but no luck. Tried the same m3u file on vlc and it worked. Has anyone encountered this please?

I changed it to ntfs but it is still not showing in the default storage device. It's very strange since I can record and watch the videos from it.

I am using m3u on mytvonline and I am using timeshift. Timeshift for me is when you pause a channel to go and do something else and then return to your channel exactly where you left off. I think what you are referring to is called catch up.

Hello. I connected a 2.5 Sata drive to the blue USB port using a cable. The stb is recognising the drive and I can see it in the file manager. I can also record and use timeshift. The only thing I can't do is choose this drive as the default storage device in the android settings. I formatted this drive as exFat. The only other option I had was ntfs. Is there a solution for this please? Thanks.

Hi, I'm using m3u portal and epg and it's working fine. The only thing that is not working is the program description. Nothing shows while on other apps using the same epg url it works. Is there a fix for this please?

Hi, I got my z7+ yesterday and I'm still experimenting. I set it up using m3u as I would like to watch on different devices at different times. My only problem is that VOD is not working on it. I inserted the m3u line in both the Live Tv and VOD. I get all the list of movies but when I choose one an error comes up saying that mytv app needs to restart. Does anyone know how to solve this problem please?
