The reason I am asking is, if it is the box, then I need to know how to fix it, if it is my provider, then I want to change (out side of here)

Hi, every recording I set for the future, so say 11pm at night. I leave MyOnlineTV on the correct channel. When it is going to start recording, it says "A Recording is about to start on channel "whatever", press's ok to switch. Even though we are on the right channel. If you don't click ok it fails recording. If I just leave it, I don't see the switch channel thing. It just says failed to record stream or something. Are advance / future record timers not working on this system. I cannot stay up till 2am to record something I want to watch. Hoping you can help and I am just missing a setting somewhere
