    Due signature was stolen from smarttube, they made a new signature and gave the smarttube app a new package name.

    I got info from F_Peter begin this year, that it should be in next mol3 update the new smarttube so you can choose the new smarttube.


    Maby you can try TizenTubeCobalt and or newpipe.

    But i thought it couldn't be choosen in mol3 (yet)

    There is only one Z12 Ultra. With Android aosp. And not bigdroid.

    Z12 comes with 128gb storage and not25.gb.

  • Multiple playlists constantly freezing/ reconnecting

    H264 and h264 plays since mytvonline, mytvonline2 and mytvonline3 just fine.


    Turn off vpn and test.

    And check at surfshark for chameleon protocol.

    With nordvpn it's called an Obfuscated server.

    In spain as example they slow down internet speed while using vpn for iptv streaming.

    When i adviced a friend to take Nordvpn and choose Obfuscated server problem was solved.

    Obfuscated servers are for the internet provider to see as normal https traffic.

    In short: they don't see you use a vpn then.


    Surfshark has also that option, maby with an expensiver subscription. It's called chameleon server i thought.

    Try if you have a good subscription with the chameleon server and connect to that one and try.

    Strange all standard codecs are implemented look to me.

    H263, h264 h265 vp9 av1 etc


    Must be a special or old codec, that it won't play.

    I never had a vod movie on my 5 provider what couldn't play cause no codec.

    I got myself 5 providers, never ever had that.

    One time only black screen for 5 seconds with a vod, then rewind and movie played like a charm.

    That was on my Z12 only.

    Not on my Z11. So Z11 is unaffected.

    Should be something with Android 12.

    But a big fix is on it's way...

    ...but when? No one knows. I still hope it become in march.

    Yes, netflix didn't licenced Formuler boxes unfortunately.

    Some say the only version from the market store works. But only with mouse en keyboard.

    Some chinese boxes supports netflix, but they cracked the netflix certification and Formuler is a good company who doesn't do such things like illegal crackings the netflix app.

    Every smart tv the last 15+ years has netflix.

    Are you using a box? Which one?

    So we can tell you how to reset the box and you are frew to go to which provider you want.

    Go to mytvonline3, settings, Contentmanager, contentsources, select your iptv subscription, set epg interval to 3 hours, click save!


    Also in Contentmanager you can find somewhere: auto update. Set this to 16:00 hours or so.

    Mytvonline3 should update channels/vod/series everyday between 16:00 hours and 17:00

    So if you are coming home from work or so the box did the refresh already for you. (Sometimes you need to click in menu refresh content, and sometimes it is already happens)

    (And maby it's a know bug, but if i set it to 16:00 hours the refresh, it start not exactly on 16:00 hours. Mostly between 16 and 17:00 hours is will do the refesh)

    You bought the cheapest box. Mistake nr 1.

    You didn't sent the device back in your warrenty period, but has then already the problem with it. Mistake nr 2.

    After warrenty you ask formuler to switch it for the Formuler Mini🙈 mistake nr 3.


    Buy a Z11ProMax bt1 edition and or z12 ultra then you have A goodbox my friend.

    The mini needs extra products like usb hub to ethernet etc.

    Please be once smart and buy directly the Formuler Z11 Pro Max bt Edition. (With bluetooth remote)

    Or the Z12 ultra.

    It was for me a pleasure to do it for you😃

    Netflix don't gave certification to almost all boxes. Some have a netflix certification like nokia, xanomi, nvidia etc.

    But less then 10 boxes from the 1000 that exist.

    Soery bit netflix won't work on Formuler devices, due Netflix itself!

    Stupid are they, as they certified Formuler boxes, netflix got more costumers.

    Use so long netflix on tv if you have. Much better that on the most boxes.

    This info really needs to be on a label on the box or written into the quick setup guide that it comes with.

    Vpn can be on, but you need to know if you buy an European box your vpn is connected with an European country. And not with usa or so.

    But the most people have no vpn on router, but on box itself.

    Anyway, you can activate box if you have vpn on your router.

    Just check first if you have an European box or USA box by asking seller.

    Or simple turn off vpn on router first and or make wifi hotspot with mobile phone before connect to your router.

    And hope that the ebay/amazon sellere sent you the right box.

    Sometimes american sellers will make a mistake to sell there box to european customers. And then it goed wrong.

    I advice always to buy at store in your country.

    No, so it is now...

    ...if you change dns/url.

    Portal connects to new dns and it ask the same questions yes if you want some groups or not.

    Nothing to do about it.

    Maby a tip for future update of mytvonline3?

    I don't know, but it's now for years now.

    And since end 2025, a lot of dns were blocked till this day.

    So don't do to much...

    ...dns's will be blocked by netherlands, Italy, france, spain etc...

    The hdmi cable supports QMS.

    so if your tv supports it, and you change channel from a Dutch channel (50fps) to an USA channel which is 23fps, you shouldn't see a 2 seconds black screen if AFR is enabled.

    If you have AFR enabled and your tv doesn't support QMS you see 2 seconds black screen or so.


    If your tv supports QMS (Quick Media Switching)

    And you use original cable, you won't see anymore the 2 seconds black screen if you change a tv channel from 50fps to 23fps, or from 23fps to 50fps.
