Disconnect again from power and connect, if still red and doesn`t change or boot then is possible that your power adapter fail. Try then with other power adapter with same specs.

Iám Try 3 diferents chargers, dont result.
Looks like it's broken. You can try other hdmi port and then have a look what the box does.

Ok, if other power adapter doesn`t help and after each connect the box shows only red led + doesn`t switch then is the box faulty. If warranty still exist, contact your seller.

Fact is you can do nothing, even factory reset is not possible when the led shows all the time red light, the bootloader doesn`t start.

I will explain again. If the Box, after it was powerless and power adapter cable insert, shows only red led light but doesn`t change to white -> is the power adapter faulty or box damaged. You say that you tested other power supply and same also with new PS, then is your box damaged. You can not in this case proceed with factory reset or some software update if the box doesn`t work and hardware faulty.
