    MAC-id connections were the oldest IPTV connection method.They were designed fo old M-G boxes more than a decade ago.Modern Apps like mol3,Tivimate,etc prefer XC or m3u because MAC-id has several limitations.

    1/MAC-id is an old,legacy system.

    2/MAC-id loads everything at once-causing, crashes.Users see*stuck at 53%*stuck at 5%*no inet connection even though internet works*App force closing.

    3/XC & m3u are optimized protocols*load data in smaller chunks*allow faster EPG updates*support better error handling*work with modern IPTV features*more stable on formulerz11/z12 devices:winking_face:

    I advice always forum user to take NOT the whole package! Cause it's so big at some providers.

    My advice is always to take ONLY the countries you really watch. Same as vod/series.

    If you are from Belgium or so:

    Then as example the countries, belgium, france, netherlands, usa an uk?

    And as vod/series: english, netherlands/belgium and france.

    Much faster loading and nice small bouquette. You don't watch arabic, russia, china etc. So why take the whole package?

    I am new to MYTV however I have a formuler Ultra 12 That I purchased a few months ago. Everything worked really well and then my service stopped a couple days ago. I've been working with the IPTV provider however I am getting a similar error. MYTV app tries to connect and gets to 5% and then gives me an error saying "not connected to the internet". I've contacted my ISP and they attempted to help but nothing is working. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks

    It's not the frustation. Bit plugin a ethernet cable and have internet and then plug it put? Then you got no internet.

    I had him when it came out.

    First minor problem.

    Then 3 times factory reset and now it work like a charm since the week of release.

    Never had problem like others.

    Maby cause i got am expensive hdmi cable and a known tv brand like the lg 55qned866r.

    They work together flawless. i hope the update comes very soon for the users who has problems.


    i factory reset it first week, installed and updated it and setup mytvonline3.

    Installed disney+, skyshowtime, kodi, nxwitness app (camera's), mx player pro, nordvpn, internet speed test and installend the best 3th party file manager plus. And that's it.

    Oh and hb player and bearplayer from other website.

    Works like a charm!

    So happy with it.

    Hi when I try to connect to my url portal and I get an error message messages and I did reach out to the provider and they say everything is good but u still can’t access it and I try to go on u tube and that won’t work either none of my apps work what would cause this The content cannot be displayed because it is no longer available.

    Check your internet!

    Put in utp/ethernet cable and go to internet settings on your box.

    Click on dhcp then.

    There you should see then an ip address.

    Test first youtube, if that works. Tey your tv subscription.

    Or try it with wifi, but that i won't recommend. But you can make 2 different internet connections.

    Or you choose for cable/utp/ethernet. (My advice)


    Or use wifi.

    And try it with ipv6 on and off. It's on the buttom at internet settings on your box.

    Paid vpn's are always better and more speed and better secured. Also almost don't save log files.

    I follow your thread, but it's highly likely that free vpn's so much used by other users and they should have a lot buffers.

    Maby it's only fine to search the web with it, but not for streaming...


    You can delete nordvpn already and search in playstore for free vpn's.

    And try them one by one! Only install one vpn on your box and test then. Don't install more then one!!

    Beware that you also need at some vpn's a username/email and password.

    Did you connect with vpn or without vpn?

    And did you buy new iptv last week/month? Can also be that they are scammers.

    They let you watch a week or month and then refund your subscription and sell to another.

    I hope it's not the case.

    Did you contacted already iptv provider?

    Let them reset your account and or make new username and or password.

    This is a formuler forum.

    But i advice the Z12 Ultra. The best of the best and with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision support.

    If that's not in your price range, then i advice the Formuler Z11 Pro Max bt1.

    Lower then the Z11 i shouldn't go!.

    Ps: the Z11 pro max doesn't support dolby vision. 1 little thing, but not important for some users. And Z11 pro max bt1 is cheaper.


    But my advice is still the Z12 Ultra!:smiling_face:

    Please don't make the mistake to go lower as an Z11 box.

    Update, factory reset Z12 and now both portal installed, A hassle but at least ok now.

    I suspect first time i installed the new portal i enter a wrong password, the second time i saw the mistake and corrected it, but it failed each time.. Now with the reset ok now.

    Installed free version of tvimate on the Z12 ultra and it loaded perfectly..

    So definitely can say, the fault is on the side of Myonline3..

    I had tested a lot if services since 2014...

    ...never had that mytvonline 1, 2 or 3 the portal couldn't connect.

    But it's possible i see.

    Yes i had it some times, but that was my own fault due wrong credentials.

    If SAM can't also connect on your service, then mytvonline3 needs update.

    Thank you guys for the help, with a portal login everything is working fine, no more blackscreen in the end, i think the problem with the m3u login is that i play my private videos file by file, With the portal login xcapi it feels like a endless stream like a normal tv channel. But its realy strange, this problem is only with myonlinetv3 and the z12.
    Only the switching to next channel is a bit laggy , with the portal login but its not laggy with the m3u. I will try to change the hls time lower maybe to 3-4 from 6.
    I Tryed alot of different apps... All other Worked fine no blackscreen. No lag ....


    I also tryed to switch to konvert to portal in the settings thanks for the tip but its not helping same problem .

    Try in mytvonline3 settings to turn off ARF for live tv.

With the phone app from mytvonline , same line works without a problem, and also with vu+ , other iptv apps, no problem. Just in mytvonline3 on z12 .... as i see it, i only can wait for a update and hoping they fix this :winking_face: ...

    Ask seller for your xtream codes credentials.

    Or you can get them from the m3u url if you have.

    There you read also the username and password and can you use for create a xc api login.

    In the end, everything went well. The Z12 Ultra is really smooth.

    Formuler should mention that the setup needs to be done without a VPN enabled to avoid geo-blocking.
    That would have saved me this delay.

    Otherwise, I’m not completely convinced by MyTVOnline 3. Is there a way to see the full list of channels without having to go through all the groups?

    Not with mytvonline3. (Maby in future due an update??? Who knows.)

    You can press ok button while watching a channel, then you see the channel list of that group.

    And press to left to see groups etc.

    In mytvonline and mytvonline2 there was a group called ALL, there were all channels in one list. But that list is sooooo big when you got more countries😂

    You can press green button and search for channels or vod/serie.

    Play with it and check some functions and enjoy your great choice for the Z12 ultra box!

    I’m glad to learn that the VPN is not a problem for the daily use of the device.

    In a few hours, I will receive a new device. I will make sure to configure it without the VPN enabled.

    One last question: how will I know that the device is completely configured and that from that moment on I can safely use my VPN with a US IP without causing this problem again?

    I hope they send you a european device. Ofcourse😉

    The thrick is: FIRST login with a pc or other device on your router!

    Turn off vpn in the router! Then you should get spain ip. If you can't turn off vpn check ip first and then connect to europea country (spain, portugal etc...)

    check if your ip changes, so you know it's changed from usa ton spain.

    If ip is changed.

    Connect device to route. (Only if you are sure your ip is changed to european country)

    Then do setup device and do firmware update etc.

    After firmware update box reboot and then you can change vpn on router to ON and or select usa as vpn country.


    Or make a wifi hotspot with your mobile phone, then it gets also spain ip right? Cause your phone is connected to 4g/5g and make wifi from it. Connect with box to your phone and should also be good. (If you do this thrick, be sure ethernet/utp cable is not connected!!!)

    P.s: Use ALWAYS vpn. And if you have nordvpn, then i ADVICE an obfuscated server. (The internet provider can't see then that you use an vpn)

    1: disconnect headphone from other devices and connect in android bluetooth settings the headphones.


    2: search forum for website/forum for guide, if not find it isn't there. Looks for me bluetooth is bluetooth, so bluetooth version should not matter in theory.

    3: i read on forum somewhere that should be possible. An app from google.

    Google remote or so. Don't know anymore, i use my remote and no phone or google assistent on my box.


    4: i don't.


    I wish i could help more, but maby other can. I tried...

    Anything around 40gb with Hardware Accelerated Decoding turned on and it won't play at all, frozen image/playback. When I turn it off, it will play these files, but not with awful quality... Stremio as the default player. Do I have a lemon?


    Playing the same link/file on a z10 and it plays normally. Maybe android 12 is just buggy?

    Please wait for promised big update for z12. Maby there is something that fix the problem.

    On my z12 ultra (XC),i have nordvpn installed (TCP=open vpn) protocol,encryption off.

    I did as suggested in several posts set my Private DNS to QUAD9,but after several hours or days a message pops up "Set your DNS to automatic or off"

    I am wondering where this message originates from (Nordvpn,iptv provider or ISP)?

    The message comes from the Formuler Z12 itself, not due ISP.

    And the message is triggered by nordvpn i think.

    Just something that's been on my mind for a long time. Why is there no VOD access via the main launcher? I don't mean showing the rows at the bottom for history, I mean a straight up more easily accessible route to TV and Movie VOD access.


    You should really re-think this. I can't tell you how many times now I'm hearing from friends or family they didn't even know the VOD section existed, because it's hidden behind the menu

    This message keeps popping up after a time watching.
    1) im on Xcapi (not m3u)

    2) i asked my Provider about this, and asked him if its wrong in his panel or something. Because actually these are no VOD Channels, these are real normal live tv channel.
