    Only standard dolby digital (plus) and 5.1.

    But so far i know is there now fiber optic on the z12, so you can't connect it.


    Maby on your tv on the back is a optic input for the soundbar. And then setup tv that is sends sound thrue the optic output from tour tv my friend.

    Haha yes.

    Normally when box is on you can push on time on "func" button behind the box and remote will bleeping.


    If it's in standby it's not working. Maby it's bug what's in next update is fixed? I tried it for 3 seconds also but didn't work.

    What you can try it pull power of box.

    Put it in. Box start.

    And when box is started push behind box the func button one time. Hopefully it will work withoing the 10 seconds it goes standby.


    Btw. If your remote is gone. Mostly on sides of a couch or when you have an electric couch and have laying down yesterday it's maby in thenback leaning.

    Please try to make from your mobile phone a wifi hotspot. wifi 2.4ghz if you have a choice. That wifi is always to find.

    Maby your router sents only wifi 6 out.

    If your box won't find any wifi and you did already factory reset. Looks like wifi card or so is broken.


    You use official power supply?

    The check for configuration update?

    That you should highlight and then 10 times press on the 0 (zero) button?


    Please make photo's of box and some android menu photo's.

    Your box is 100% provider blocked.

    The wifi switch work? But you see no wifi? Then maby your router sends out only wifi 5 or wifi 6. And not 2.4 Check that please. Set on wifi 2.4ghz on router.


    And if after 10 factory resets wifi switch still won't work, consider to buy wifi power line with utp/network cable or do smarter, buy a Z12 ultr or Z11 pro max bt1.

    Passthrough plex is plex problem.

    Afr is supported, but your tv needs to support QMS too!! And turned on in tv setting if supported! If you font have qms on tv, then you see a black screen for 1 second if channels or movies are not the same fps! Turn it in mytvonline3 afr for tv channels off

    DV is supported with kodi always.


    The are working very hard on a big update to fix so much as possible.

    Hit the batteries and or take them in or out and worked again.

    so i tool out the batteries and puth the batteries from the Z11 in my Z12 remote and all fixed??

    Go to bluetooth settings.

    If you see tour remote there.

    It should be good.


    Or you remove the remote.

    then search for bluetooth devices and hold 0 (zero) and OK button in till led is blinkeng.

    Then you can connect remote again.

    It's a shame, because otherwise, MyTVOnline3 is the best app.

    Go to mytvonline3, Contentmanager, select your subscription, edit and choose "epg interval" and set it on 3 hours.

    Then go to "epg offset" and play with -2 hours or + 2 hours or so. And then select on bottom "update".

    and check your epg if its good or not.


    Go to a channel where you now the name of the programs playing.

    Then have a look at the epg how many hours it's wrong. Then try it in the "epg offset" to set it good with the hours.

    If it's not there it can't.

    You can only use guide button for whole guide.


    And for channel guide. Go to a channel.

    Press "info" button and then to the right. (The button next on the right of the ok button) the you see also a guide)

    I think you use xcapi, it's the moat used connection.

  • Attention: a lot of World wide iptv dns blocks!!

    Word wide dns blocks for iptv streams.

    A lot providers going down, but some makes new dns/url for the users.

    Maby you saw it already on the news. In France they are collecting iptv url's/dns and put them on block lists if the judge it says.

    Ask your provider for other dns/url i advice if your provider is down.

    Some providers have special technic against the blocks.

    It's not a Formuler problem‼️

    The Africa cup is coming and so it begins...

    2 were offline today, but i have already new dns. The other 3 work fine so far.

    I kodi options you can change on the left side the options to expert.

    And then in settings at system section switch under passthrough the switches on. Only one needs to be off!

    They are busy with a very big update.

    Plus they are busy to fix the affected boxes with the youtube problem. (Due google/youtube update, not Formulers problem)

    And also with mol3 to make it greater.

    A lot and a lot of work...

    Date unknow... unfortunately.

    Anf then comes christmas and new years eve and also after that chinese new year. So hopefully for the affected users i hope they bring the old beta online and or a new beta.

    A new week begins, so lets hope for it.
