Don't know what happened. I got home tonight, and none of the hot keys worked. When I go into the GTV-GTV-BT3 settings, I can't access any settings. Wouldn't be a concern if the GTV-GTV-BT3 had a mute button.
Cannot program GTV-BT3

Please check if your BT3 remote is paired.
You should be getting the white LED light on the remote when it is paired with BT.
If not, please access the BT settings on the Z12 Ultra, and pair the remote.

Go to bluetooth settings.
If you see tour remote there.
It should be good.
Or you remove the remote.
then search for bluetooth devices and hold 0 (zero) and OK button in till led is blinkeng.
Then you can connect remote again.

I changed batteries, but that didn't help. The remote isn't paired with the Z12 ultra, but it won't go into pairing mode. The Z12 is searching BT devices, but Holding the "0" and "OK" causes the LED to flash twice, but the Z12 doesn't detect it. Are those the correct keys to press?

Figured it out. "OK" and Menu key put it in pairing mode. All is good. Thanks for your help.
