    Try first in mytvonline to remove the "s" from the link.

    So not https://....

    but try http://...

    Can you give channels what won't work? So i can check

    If you delete the app from phone.

    And reinstall it.

    I tested it myself on android phone.

    I need to activate again.

    So if you uninstall it and reinstall it, dont click on premium services then.

    Tested it on my end, and here all fine.

    Try with an usb making backup of mytvonline3 from mytvonline3 menu.

    Remove mytvonline3.

    Restart box (not standby, but reboot)

    Install mytvonline3 from market app and or software update.

    Import your backup from usb via mytvonline3 menu.

    Test again please.

  • No picture showing Formuler Box

    When u use formuler box.

    Be sure that tivimate on your firestick is off!

    For test you can do.

    Get Firestick out of tv.

    Then start formuler box.

    Start mytvonline3

    And test again.


    If you have now image. It means your Firestick with your subscription is in use on background and you have one subscription.

    one connection at the time. (Mostly)

    I don't know what you actually mean in your message. But on desktop if you go to cogwheel right corner there you find launcher settings. There can you setup mytvonline as startup app.


    And in history and favorites settings you can switch the live, vod and series on for the desktop.

    I didn't. It's for me to much on the screen.


    But that it goes to live when you watch a serie i can't figure out.

    Did you try it with other serie to test?

  • Play/Resume bar is full white and no picture or sound playing

    Or try vlc player or kodi.

    You can setup it as default player in mytvonline3 menu.

  • All movie group ask for pin

    0000 is normal code.

    check mytvonline3, menu and then parental options.

    If you have no kids...

    ...deselect Lock adult categories and deselect menu lock if it's on.

    If not's that, contact provider that you have code in all groups. Maby they made a mistake and select all groups use with code.

    If you next time get box from europe.


    Install (free) vpn on your phone.

    Make connection with europe country on your phone.

    Make from your phone a wifi hotspot!

    Start your formuler box (without utp cable)

    Connect with box to your wifi on your phone which has a vpn connection to european country.

    Update box and restart.

    Should fix the geoblock.


    After restart and its working fine then you should put in the utp cable. And should be no problem anymore.

    Contact your provider and let them delete all the countries you don't watch.

    Give them Only the countries you watch, let them put them in your Subscription.

    Less loading and faster portal connection.

    Workaround on phone with a vpn connected to european country is a great idea. Nice one of you!💪🏻

    If your box makes connection with the wifi on phone it has direct vpn connection and youn can set it up.

    After that "i read" on forum on should be working over the world.

    But i don't think this work anymore, cause when you startup your Z12 the block is already there, and the box shutdown itselfs.

    You can always try, but i heard users said it shutdown directly.


    Sent it back for another one.

    Then it should work if you use your phone as vpn with europe connected and make with box wifi connection to phone. Should work i think.

    Don't make the mistake to put also a utp cable in it the first time😉

    I checked it for sure and the refresh date was november 1. So that was at my side the reason.

    They should extend the time to reconnect to 30 seconds or so.

    Maby is the internal just a fine standard player. What can play some audio but not all.

    Power adapter is powersocket in wall.

    The usb cable in Z12. And usb from your hdd in that usb hub.

    I use it with my raspberry pi 5, when i had problems with power and files lost due lack of power.

    Just switch to your hdmi port with use of the source button on your remote.

    If you got image, your z12 is on. No image and press on button then.

    Other option is almost onpossible to integrate on remote.

  • My Formuler no longer turns on

    Test it on other tv and or pc monitor.

    And different power socket. Can be many things.

    Try reset your box. Find hard reset movie on google.

    But if you put power in on backsite of box it should automatic start up.

    Is it the original adapter? If no, use original adapter.

    Try other adapter with same specs!

    If (new) adapter and factory reset not work, and still no image so you can't give it a factory reset... It’s dead then i think.

  • Z12 Ultra and Z8 - TV channel volume extremely loud on specific channels

    Try formuler remote app!


    Open it, choose your remote.

    Setup ir volume

    Then you see screen with android volume on the left.

    Change that volumebar on to the middle. (I think it completely at the right, so put the ball to the middle)

    Then click continue.


    It's something like those steps. I'm not at my device, so It's maby not exactly whom i said. But have a look in the formuler remote app an change ANDROID volume bar to the middle. Or lower. Test it please

  • BT3 Remote Control and OK button for my TV

    in short summary: box is started up, then connected to nas. Then makes the vpn connection and when vpn is connected it disconnecting the NAS. Also with ALL APPS splittunneling! (including all systemapps and mytvonline3.)

    When i check with ip app from google playstore, i have the exact same ip address what nordvpn gives me.

    Note: I use a raspberry pi 5 with openmediavault

    example: if you life in france or so, i dont think you watch russia, poland, africa etc. That countries can you remove then by provider. Only the countries you want to watch, that's what you need.

    Less time to load portal also and faster working mytvonline and box etc.

    Url is standard hidden. Only see if you click on the eye.


    Otherwise he should ask for the mol.cfg editor. And do it self if possible. Don't know if formuler give it to standard users.
