My Formuler no longer turns on

    Hello,
    My Formuler device won’t start anymore, and I can’t perform a reset because there’s no image and the manual reset doesn’t work either.
    It stays on with a red LED light and doesn’t respond to the remote control. I’ve unplugged it from the power outlet and plugged it back in, but nothing changes — it remains red.
    I’ve also replaced the HDMI cable.
    What should I do?

    Test it on other tv and or pc monitor.

    And different power socket. Can be many things.

    Try reset your box. Find hard reset movie on google.

    But if you put power in on backsite of box it should automatic start up.

    Is it the original adapter? If no, use original adapter.

    Try other adapter with same specs!

    If (new) adapter and factory reset not work, and still no image so you can't give it a factory reset... It’s dead then i think.

    if nothing happens:

    It could be that your Power Adapter is faulty, please try to install some other Power Adapter with same specs.
