Hi all,

**Issue:**
MOL4 Beta fails to load content from my provider with Cloudflare Error 1010 ("banned browser signature" / Browser Integrity Check). The identical connection (same XC API credentials, same network) works perfectly on:

- MOL3 on Z11 Pro Max
- MOL3 on Z mini
- TiviMate
- UHF

It fails on:

- MOL4 Beta on Z12 Ultra
- MyTVOnline+ on iOS (identical 1010 error)

**What I've tested:**

- Changed the API User Agent to a Chrome desktop string → still 1010
- Confirmed the error occurs against two independent Cloudflare-protected endpoints, including a direct connection to the provider and connect to IPTV Editor— so seems it is not one server's firewall rule
- Switching users (IPTV Editor) changes the behavior (successful refresh) but I think that may be temporary.

**Analysis:**
Since the UA string makes no difference and only the new-generation apps (MOL4 / MOL+) are affected, the trigger appears to be the request fingerprint of the new network stack itself (TLS handshake / header set), which Cloudflare's default Browser Integrity Check is flagging. MOL3's stack passes the same check. Nothing user-configurable in the app can reach that layer.

This will affect MOL4 users on any Cloudflare-fronted backend, which is a large share of providers, so it seems worth addressing before the official release.

I can reproduce and send logs if necassary, just need to know how/where the logs are, and what you need.

Z12 Ultra, MOL4 Beta, wired Ethernet, US.

You can setup auto refresh in mytvonline4 settings at a time when you want refresh it.

Don't know the exactly steps, but if there appears above in the menu a "refresh content" button and you presh ok. Then it refresh all, epg, live, vod and series.

It's in mytvonline settings somewhere and happens once a day.

If you can't find the option, i can tomorrow explain the right steps for you.

In mytvonline4 settings you can set automatic update interval. Then it updates all live tv, vod an series at a specific time you set it up.

You can only manually update everything apart.

Live tv: go to a channel, press ok button, press to left on remote (with d-pad), go to left upper 3 dots button, press ok and click on "update all live".

Vod: almost same steps as above. But go first to vod section before manually update.

I have a NAS with movies with dolby vision and dolby atmos.

The one and only player who plays everything very well is Kodi.

I go via the app File manager plus to my NAS and select the movie.

Then appears in right corner of my lg tv dolby atmos and dolby vision and or hdr etc.

Kodi is such a great app to play movies.

If you having still problems. Make with an usb a backup of mytvonline3 and then do factory reset your device!

Then import backup to mytvonline3.

Then you start with a fresh device without annoying and apps.

Uninstall mytvonline3 and remove shizuku app!! Thats the one who doesn't belong on your box and make your problem. Or remove shizuku app first. Maby it helps.

Every provider has also different content. So provider "A" has the movie JAWS as example, and provider "B" not.

No, i have also a z11. And play movie with also dolby vision in it.

It don't the dolby vision (z11 don't support it) but it play the movie fine. Try kodi for test.

Uninstalled tizentube and still the same my friend.

When i press on favorites button and choose other self created folder in MyTvOnlone4 and then the first channel it shows channel and shutdown mytvonline4 direct.

So it's not TizenTube...

For you my friend. After watching tizentube. Double press on house button on remote. And you see something like on added picture.

And then you can clear memory (open apps) with red button (clear all) on remote. And then all open apps should be closed.

Z11 can play hdr and 4k yes.

It supports no dolby vision the box. That's only supported on the Z12.

I advice to use kodi. Great app. The settings you can change to "Expert" and change some things you want.

But on my z12 it plays dolby vision + dolby atmos.

The z10 and z11 supports only dolby atmos, no dolby vision my friend.

I think you should make the homepage with the movies and series invisible.

Maby it helps too. See pictures. That's also changeble. Turn all off with "personalize your home" and then "edit row" and then you can make the TMBD movies and series unvisible. Click on the left on the "eyes" to disable it.

Free vpn's are almost always slow.

Go to home menu -> system info -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update"-> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) 10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.
