  • Thanks for the prompt answer.pity that you cannot manually refresh everything at the same time. Maybe on the wish list?

    You can setup auto refresh in mytvonline4 settings at a time when you want refresh it.

    Don't know the exactly steps, but if there appears above in the menu a "refresh content" button and you presh ok. Then it refresh all, epg, live, vod and series.

    It's in mytvonline settings somewhere and happens once a day.

    If you can't find the option, i can tomorrow explain the right steps for you.

  • Issues found during testing:

    Movie information does not always refresh correctly when moving to the next movie. I have seen the same issue reported by another tester (Svenne, Swedish language), but I also experience it with the Dutch language selected.

    I experienced the bootloop issue that several users reported earlier. Solution was also posted, that worked for me

    Audio issue (still present): When switching from a TV channel that broadcasts stereo audio only to a channel broadcasting AAC 5.1, the audio stutters/cuts out repeatedly for approximately the first minute. After about one minute the audio becomes stable and plays normally.

    The issue only occurs when switching from a stereo channel to an AAC 5.1 channel. Once audio becomes stable, switching between AAC 5.1 channels works correctly. VLC and local multichannel content play normally on the same device and AVR.

    My setup:

    Formuler Z12

    AV Receiver: NAD T758 V3i

    Audio output via HDMI

    AAC 5.1 channels affected

    This issue was not present before installing the MYTVOnline 4 beta. The receiver switches correctly between PCM and Dolby Digital, also with other devices, so the problem appears related to the beta software's audio handling when changing audio formats.

  • When following series and press pause,it often happens,that upon resume the serie jumps up to the next episode.

    I have to go back to previous episode and manually correct it.

  • **MOL4 Beta: Cloudflare Error 1010 on XC API connections (works fine in MOL3 / TiviMate / UHF)**

    Hi all,

    **Issue:**
    MOL4 Beta fails to load content from my provider with Cloudflare Error 1010 ("banned browser signature" / Browser Integrity Check). The identical connection (same XC API credentials, same network) works perfectly on:

    - MOL3 on Z11 Pro Max
    - MOL3 on Z mini
    - TiviMate
    - UHF

    It fails on:

    - MOL4 Beta on Z12 Ultra
    - MyTVOnline+ on iOS (identical 1010 error)

    **What I've tested:**

    - Changed the API User Agent to a Chrome desktop string → still 1010
    - Confirmed the error occurs against two independent Cloudflare-protected endpoints, including a direct connection to the provider and connect to IPTV Editor— so seems it is not one server's firewall rule
    - Switching users (IPTV Editor) changes the behavior (successful refresh) but I think that may be temporary.


    **Analysis:**
    Since the UA string makes no difference and only the new-generation apps (MOL4 / MOL+) are affected, the trigger appears to be the request fingerprint of the new network stack itself (TLS handshake / header set), which Cloudflare's default Browser Integrity Check is flagging. MOL3's stack passes the same check. Nothing user-configurable in the app can reach that layer.

    This will affect MOL4 users on any Cloudflare-fronted backend, which is a large share of providers, so it seems worth addressing before the official release.

    I can reproduce and send logs if necassary, just need to know how/where the logs are, and what you need.

    Z12 Ultra, MOL4 Beta, wired Ethernet, US.

  • Private dns changed at internet settings at bottom to quad9 9.9.9.9 or off?

  • Private DNS is off, but my Asus Router (Merlin) is configured for DoT to Quad9 for the whole LAN (https://on.quad9.net/ = Yes)

    Logs Sent: Logfile = #0000001FF4442


  • HHave You tried switching the Z12 audio settings to Legacy Passthrough? The Z12 has some issues with the Dolby MS feature with new STB and IP boxes, but switching the audio surround settings to Legacy Passthrough fixed it for me.

  • Looks more like a typo in url.

    Check again very good the credentials and or ask provider to reset your account and or new username and password and url if possible.

    I assume you referring to this URL: https://on.quad9.net/ . That URL is a Quad9 test URL that validates you are in fact using Quad9.

    No chance it's credentials. It's been checked and rechecked and test multiple times. MoL3 , UHF, and Tivimate apps are running on several other devices with the same credentials. For MoL+ this problem surfaced day 1. I didn't care much because I use UHF on mobile devices with no issues. All device are on the same LAN.

    For the Record, Code:1010 error = "Cloudflare Access Denied
    Error 1010 means a website protected by Cloudflare has blocked your access because your browser signature, headers, or traffic patterns resemble a bot."

  • Hi. I performed the "software update" procedure, then got error code 1339. The update started, and after restarting, I still have My TV Online 3, and not MTO4! Does anyone know why? On one hand, I think it's a good thing, if MTO4 isn't finalized yet. Thanks.


    salut . J'ai fais la manipulation , " mise a jour logiciel " , puis code 1339 . Demarrage de la mise a jour , et apres redemarrage , jai toujours My Tv Online 3 , et non le MTO4 !? Quelqu'un sait pourquoi ?! d'un coté je me dis tant mieux , si MTO4 , n'est toujours pas finalisé . Merci
