On Z11 I had no GRID information.
On Z12 there is GRID info (EPG).
It seems to show 24 hours ahead.
Should be also on Z11.

The volume on the right side works for TV.
So what is the TV Source on the left side used for?For changing HDMI channel my friend.
As example from your Z12 box to your playstation/xbox etc.

How do I use the TV source that is on the edge on the left side?
Go to Formuler remote app.
Select gtv bt3 remote.
Go to left and setup ir control.
Select your tv brand.
Click test and check if your volume on the tv up and down goes.
If yes, push ok and source should work.
If not, then it works like on the Z11. maby hold upper left button in (tv/stb) for 2 sec till led blink. Try then source button.
To go back to bluetooth hold upper left again in for 2 sec till led blinks.
But i thought if you setup you tv brand it works direct now.

When I left home yesterday I must have left the TV on by mistake.
Got home last night and the Z12 Home page was on the screen.
It worked fine for hours, I was able to set everything up and view shows. Still working when I switched the TV off for the night.
This morning back to black screen. I am starting to think this is some kind of compatibility issue.
Think I need to try it on a totally different TV.
Iptv providers kill your connection when you don't switch channels after 4-10 hours. Is not at every provider the same hours.
They throw you out after example 6 hours without changing channel to save bandwith for other user.
If you gonna change channel you can have image on screen again or reboot device.

Maby card is to new for the reader.
is also with a raspberry pi 5 (it read card, but not on its fastest)

Exactly same problem with my Z12, made all steps, format with Rufus NTSF, Fat32, hard reset,nothing works, record ok on my extarnal memory card and on my usb ssd drive but not the timeshift, timeshift works great when switch to internal memory only... hope a future update is coming...

Same problem for me, tried everything... Timeshift work only with local storage.
If usb is formatted. You should change it in mytvonline3?
Menu, settings, dvr options and then select your usb instead of internal storage.

No my friend, don't going to be crazy.
Opensubtitles.com has something changed in api or url etcetera. Formuler has to change/fix it also and we can use it again.

Yes ofcourse.
I put usb 3 in port and installed file manager plus app. There you can format it with NTFS filesysten or on your pc with rufus tool. Ntfs format 64kb sector.

5 days already can't download subtitles anymore.
Or new api or change on website. I don't think it's bug on opensubtitles.com.

Will film clip when I get home this evening.
Older, not smart, not 4k.
1080P only, but works fine with 4K Sat, 4K BD player and Shield Pro. Thou only in 1080p of course.
But this method still needs the display to be working.
Maby after trying button you see image. If not. Send it back my friend.

Have had a Z12 ultra for a couple of days but am unable to get any picture at all from it.
Lights work, remote control paired easily, I can turn it on and off and light changes Red / White but nothing appears on screen.
Have tried several HDMI leads and two TVs (both the same make and model just different screen sizes).
All other connected devices continue to work fine.
I am out of ideas of what else to try. Hoping for suggestions of what I could have missed.
💡 [Built-in Method]
- Connect HDMI cable to the Z12 Ultra
- Press the FUNC button on the rear side of the Z12 Ultra
- Hold down the FUNC button and insert the power cord
- Hold down the FUNC button until the Z12 Ultra logo disappears
- Select Wipe data/factory reset on the system menu
- Select Yes then it will take you back to the first screen. Select Reboot system now.
If factory reset does not work.
Send it back!
woste: now we can use our finger on the function button to reset

Setting what TV brand I have I did.
The volume button on the side works.
If I press the TV/STB button nothing happens.
What I want to program the TV/STB to ON/OFF on the TV?Open formuler app again and test more brand codes.
Maby the first code you choose worked with volume up and down.
But not with tv.
Check nd2 code..if at first time volume up and down goes. And app ask "did you saw volume change".
Click no and test next code till you see volume up and down again.
Then press yes. And try then on/off button. If it works its okay then.
Otherwise do 3th and or 4th time etc

Same issue here on a Z11pro max , last few days opensubtitles failing to load....was working fine before...any ideas ?
Like i said, opensubtitles.com changed something in api or url.
Or has maby bug.
But think mytvonline needs new update cause opensubtitles changed something.

Is changing Private DNS on box no longer sufficient,i had Cloudflare restricting this video before few times,changing Private DNS to either Google or Quad9 in most cases solved the issue?
None of them worked then my friend Henkie.
I contacted seller and they changed something at portal website and when i got mail nack they said try again.
Restarted box and connected with vpn and dns as cloudfare and problem solved.
Was there side. The portal page changed in code and it was fixed.
Note: i didn't need to change portal url.
They changed something in the code. Good provider. No new portal url, so i keeped all my favorites

Everytime i try to download subtitles it says download failed. Been happening for 2 days now. Not sure if its MOL3 issue or what.

One month ago had the same.
Cloudfare problem.
After contact with the provider I got a different portal URL.
Since then everything works fine again
Thats also a solution my friend. Do also a lot of providers or they change something on portalpage you got now.

Has anyone been experiencing issues download subtitles for VOD. it keeps saying Download failed everytime i download. Been happening for the past 2 days.

I have only one subtitle on! No more
Searched automatic and see the subs. Click on it and won't download.
Then search manually and see list of availeble subs and won't download.

Provider needs something to change at the portal url.
I had same... contacted them and they have something done at there side with the same url.
So i didn't got another url, but still the same. They changed something and it was gone.
What they changed at that portal page i don't no.
But it works? Yes have still cloudfare as dns.

Check in android settings at bluetooth or your remote is connected.
If yes: hold left upper button 2 sec in and it switch back to bluetooth.
Do the same if you want to change ot back.
If not connected: go to cogwheel android settings an go to bluetooth.
Hold on remote 0 (zero) and menu button (3 stripes button) on your remote together in.
And then white led will blink.
Then search for bluetooth devices and then its connected.

No, I don't have a VPN connected. I tried using a VPN on my phone, but it doesn't connect either.
If you use a vpn on phone, contact your iptv provider and say that you use a vpn. So they change your connection to vpn and if you don't use a vpn anymore then let them reset your country.
If you tried it before a vpn and connected to usa as example. Then saves the provider that.
When you don't use vpn i live in france as example then it won't connect cause last connection with vpn was usa.

Hi I have reset my Z11 Pro Max because it has not updated in at least 2 months, but now it says 021224 and I can't update it?
Disconnect all usb from device.
Do delete cache from formuler update app in android settings.
Restart box and try again?

Hi, why can't I see my Z12 Ultra box on my network? The box is hard-wired,
You can find it with spotify etc.
If you want to find it in network with a pc/laptop, you should download "file manager app" in playstore.
With that app can you setup a ftp connection.
And via pc you can files transfer to box.
BUT I NEVER TRIED IT MYSELF!
I have a raspberry pi 5 with nas-software with ssd do watch movies over network.

Maby is this also a little bug what maby should be fixed in next update.
There a so many tv brands.
Keep the hdr function off till next update.
And if update is there, check changelog and who knows hdr-function is improved and you can set it back to normal.
When i worked back in the days at the internet and tv company here. The humax boxes worked on all tv's.
except on some sony models... so i can be the box and or tv. The guy haas contacted sony and they say there was an fony software updated needed to let the standard humax boxes work on the tv.

Well.... I have unplug the Z12 ultra, wait a night, now I have paired the earphones again and.... it is working! I don't know what I have done now, but it is working!

It's a switching issue which is yet to be fixed my box may get returned and back to Nvidia if it's not sorted soon

Still need the option to map volume control to front buttons , seems pointless to have separate volume on the side 🙁, lets hope a firmware update comes to give us the option
Formuler is a small company. They are working hard!

Please be patience and who knows when update comes out you can change volume buttons already. Or in a other update.

I have the same issue with a Z12 ultra, no sound with bluetooth. Tried it with 2 different bluetooth headphones. With my Z10 Pro max it is working fine, but with the Z12 ultra it is not working (pairing, okay, see the bluetooth symbol in the volume-bar, but no sound at all.....)
Have no clue for a solution
Maby it is a know bug my friends and wait for an update.

And or connected bluetooth headphone and check formuler remote app? Maby you can setup there sonething cause its new device?
And or audio setttings in android.

OK, I get it. I didn’t like the new remote so I in the Bluetooth I associated the previous remote. Now that I want to use again the new remote you have to disconnect the previous. So now the new remote is immediately connected.
New remote is great. Backlight and nice.
People don't like changes, but we are also getting used to the volume buttons on the side again.😃😃😃

If i must be honest... i think hdr if availeble on movie if movie supports it of course.
But no dolby vison, why i think that?
Got disney+ myself and movies with dolby vision plays normal (without vision) will test is for sure tomorrow again. Also search first on my lg tv a movie on the lg disney app with atmos and dolby vision.
And then i search exactly the same movie on my Z12 box on disney+ app and will check it for you my friend tomorrow.
Has again to do with that disney+ didn't licenced the formuler box or the box don't run on androidtv.
Same as netflix not licensed one of the biggest company who sells the best boxes in the world. Still pist on netflix for that. But i got netflix on my lg tv as app so no problem.
