OK, I get it. I didn’t like the new remote so I in the Bluetooth I associated the previous remote. Now that I want to use again the new remote you have to disconnect the previous. So now the new remote is immediately connected.
New remote is great. Backlight and nice.

Got disney+ myself and movies with dolby vision plays normal (without vision) will test is for sure tomorrow again. Also search first on my lg tv a movie on the lg disney app with atmos and dolby vision.
And then i search exactly the same movie on my Z12 box on disney+ app and will check it for you my friend tomorrow.
Has again to do with that disney+ didn't licenced the formuler box or the box don't run on androidtv.
Same as netflix not licensed one of the biggest company who sells the best boxes in the world. Still pist on netflix for that. But i got netflix on my lg tv as app so no problem.

Thats ok.
In formuler remote app you can connect it with your tv mark.
Try it out and the volume up and down on the right side should work after you used and choosed the brand of your tv.

We have 3 TV's and multiple iOS devices.
- iOS devices with the MYTVOnline+ app doesn't sync: (watched) history, favorites and groups (which LIVE / VOD / SERIE to show) with the Android OTT devices of formuler (MYTVOnline3). Question A: do the iOS devices automatically sync or has each device separate (watched) history, favorites and groups (which LIVE / VOD / SERIE to show) ?
- Currently testing a Z12Ultra (with the latest version of MYTVOnline3) on 1 TV.
Question B: when buying more Z12Ultra's for the other TV's would they automatically sync: (watched) history, favorites and groups (which LIVE / VOD / SERIE to show) ?
Question C: when buying other Android OTT devices of formuler (MYTVOnline3) for my TV's, would these other devices automatically sync: (watched) history, favorites and groups (which LIVE / VOD / SERIE to show) ?If nothing is synced automaticallyand every device is treated as a separate device (or I have to export - import manually each time everything) I'll return the Z12Ultra, because my wife and kids will become nuts I think

1: i dont know, but i think i won't sync no. Cause every device is used apart.
2: if you take account with more lines. It wont sync.
You Setup one z12 mytvonline3. You make backup of mol3 with usb via mytvonline3.
And that can you import on other z12. It import the settings, portals. Not sure if it import the favorite channels. But i thought it do.
3: i have a z11. Backup mytvonline3 with usb.
But when i imported it on my z12 it gave a warning that it was not done.
Maby i had bad luck or maby it works at other person.
But tried 2 usb backups so.
So far i know if you make backup with mol3 its backing up portals and settings.
I dont know for sure if it backups watched movies.
Favorite channels i know almost dor sure.
But wait for other user who can answer it for sure my friend.

The app kodi has also passthrough option. But for "beginners" is kodi a bit difficult to find the setup things.
Start app kodi, setting, system, audio and then passthrough somewere. And then put all on almost. Only the 2nd passthrough sound not.

I sold it last year the z8. I only have a Z11 and Z12 now.

The black screen for a short time is not the problem. And yes, my LG OLED TV doesn't support qms, and I understand that this is an issue. But as I said; the Shield switched flawlessly between 50hz an 24hz connected to the same TV depending on the content, but the Z12 ultra doesn't. Are you saying that unless the TV support qms AFR isn't possible at all? Anyway; I don't see how turning off AFR sholuld solve this problem? I tried regardless, disabled AFR both in the Android settings and in the MOL3 settings, but as I anticipated that doesn't solve anything.
I only say afr can be used with or without qms.
But with older models i didnt like it that 2 seconds black screen so i turned it off.
Only for vod and series i had it on.
With my z12 the afr is on and no more 2 seconds black screen so im very happy.
That the shield of you had no problems with switching, i cant answer that. This is a formuler forum and i don't know anything about the shield. maby an other user have the answer you want.

The z12 set standard the audio settings to automatic in android settings i saw.😃 So all sound whats supported goes to your onkyo.
You can check android settings for sure, but i didn't know what else you can do to maximize the sound?
Is there maby an onkyo app or setting on onkyo remote to use an equalizer?

This is not to do with the VPN. Play store has been updated and for some reason it has broke it. Uninstall the Play store update and it works fine.

Mytvonline3 works fine and Formuler are always updating there devices till its good. No worries.
Btw, maby is mine inside damaged due throwing with parcels at some post offices. Can be anything.

What did you do after factory reset?
Try first factory reset and then directly install mytvonline2 and audio optimizer and run audio optimizer once.
box reboot automatic.
Then do only setup mytvonline2 and not more.
So install no other apps or fill in playstore.
Only factory reset, install audio optimizer and mytvonline2.
Run audio optimizer, box reboot and then fill in your portal and test.
Do Nothing more than that
Phone or tablet not in synch with box as far as Favorites etc .
backup &restore not possible between different devices,so not possible between z11 and z12 ultra ( Balkanboy)

Why did they change the volume buttons to the side , I’ve learnt them for my tv but can’t it be done like the BT1 remote where you can learn the volume buttons on front of remote .
It only works when you set remote to STB mode for tv control but then can’t control the formuler box

Why they did it... i don't know. Maby they wanna try something else one time.
I hope the give it a firmware update so we all can setup the volume buttons on the remote can setup with the tv volume.
For now we can only use the side buttons...
Note: if you have the Z11 bt1 remote, use that one.

Only you need to pair it with the Z12. Thats all.

In see only hdr. And in mx player settings hw+ is on and audio passthrough also.
You see on attached video: image and hdr logo. but no dolby vison, dolby atmos.

On phone or tablet: is backup function in right corner. Cogwheel and then you find in the middle somewhere backup and restore.
On your box:
Put usb in your box.
Start mytvonline3
Open menu (button with 3 stripes)
Settings
And then almost on bottom you find options for backup and restore.
Favorites on your phone or tablet are not sync on you box.
Playing same mkv file with nova player.
Audio passthrough changed from disabled to "nova nencapsulation". Why? Cause i get then dolby atmos on my tv.
The "Force audio passthrough" is already on!
Hear, see and listen! You see nothing. Only dolby atmos and dolby vision. But no image.
When i open nova player normal and go to setup and "turn of dolby vision i got image and dolby atmos.
Playing mkv file on Z12 via NAS server with smb1 (2 and 3 also tried)
Just blink and its gone.
(With z11 no problem)

- I activated the premium option but still there are formuler ads on the top of the homescreen. How can these be disabled? I already bought a Z12 Ultra.
- Are the ads on disabled on MYTVOnline+ when I install my Z12 Ultra with MYTVOnline3 ?
- I asume our favourites (Live/VOD/Serie) are shared between our iOS (MYTVOnline+) devices and our new Z12 Ultra (MYTVOnline3)?

On phone or tablet do you have with MyTVOnline+ sort of ads at the top.
On your Z12 you have no add cause its a paid box.
And Formuler is smart enough to don't put ads in there app on there boxes. Otherwise they loose costumers.
I've only had the Z12 for a couple of days, most things run smooth, but the AFR doesn't work as intended. I have the same settings as Yga, wich should indicate that match frame rate is on, both in the android settings and in the MOL3, but I have to change resolution settings manually. The Z12 doesn't change from 50hz to 23,967hz when content changes, or the other way around, resulting in stutter when content resolution changes. The TV should support it, because the Shield I used until 2 days ago did it flawlessly.
Beware that your tv must support qms. If not, turn of AFR.

Seems to be a few issues with the box at the mo. I've had that on and off .
I install it today all again. Formuler will fix all the bugs in future. They are great.
When i still got the sounds issues when i do forward a movie and sound is scrambles i let it so. And wait for updates. Till that time i use my Z11.
But i know it will be a great box.
I deleted vpn just for trying. And restarted and again no playstore connection. Yes, mol3 worked and youtube also.

I used an expensive hdmi 2.1b cable with eeehh, how do you say that...
Sort of gold played connections. And now i connected hdmi delivered with the z12 and same problems with sound when i use my nas with movies and do fast forward the movie with dolby atmos.
I cant test it anymore with normal dolby 5.1. Cause i factory reset it. Maby after the factory reset i try it again. importend is mol3. The rest comes another time.
Now factory reset and every app install one by one and restart box after every app installing and setup.

Vlc player wont play from my nas.
Rights are good and when i open movie on z12 it opens in a blink and closes direct. Had to some years back also with my z11. And later it worked. (Not after a vlc player update)

Had on z11 copy of mol3 settings but didn't work on my z12. More people had this?
When i play with my z11 from nas with vlc, kodi or novaplayer is see dolby atmos and plays good. When i forward movie no problems.
When i do it with z12 i see dolby atmos and when i forward 40 min sounds makes strange sounds an app hang. Then black screen with noise scrambled sound on background and after 30 sec desktop comes back and i can close apps.
Had also no image at kodi. Movie didnt have dolby vision but when i started movie it says dolby vision.
In expert mode in kodi turned of dolby vision and i had image. I forwarded movie again, now at 1 hour and 5 min and again dolby atmos sound scrambled/hangs.
Black screen And 30 sec later strange coloured desktop and then i could close kodi and everything ok.
Had also 2 times google play store says no internet?
Remove updates and rebooted an updated google play and all was good.
Mol3 is good do far i know.
More users with these problems?
I do factory reset and install app by app and let you now. Everything will be okay in next weeks or months.😃😃
And yes i know: there are coming updates for z12 which make it better and better like z11.

and the box is cool and nice,
but there are huge bugs with the USB ports... as soon as you connect an HDD or USB key to it,
it cuts off the cable or Wi-Fi network...
(As soon as you remove the HDD, the network restarts immediately.)
And even if you want to read data on the USB key or disk, you have to wait 5 minutes...I've already exchanged Formuler 12 with the official Belgian seller (nice seller)

Go to home menu -> system info -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update"-> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.
