    Well this needs to be fixed or i can't buy this product. I use receiver and surround all the time. Is this a complete working product or is it in a beta stage?
    What is the firmware release plan forward?

    I have a Formuler Z12 Ultra.Lastest firmware and so on.My problem is that after the firmware update,suddenly the box restarts of itself without i´m doing anything,just watching,and it can happen when i watch tv,movie and series.

    Anyone else with this problem.It dosent happens often,but very annoying when it happens.

    I answered my own message a bit later, it was due to a storm that affected the network bandwidth. With low bandwidth indeed the sound was out of sync and I could not save the setting. The day after the bandwidth was back and the sound perfect... I don't know if this is a real problem....

    My Z12 ultra has also done this a few times, it's really annoying to watch TV and it restarts out of nowhere.

    Someone mentioned previously they noticed an issue with using Bluetooth headphones in that, when connected there’s no sound and when disconnected sound perfectly fine.

    Initially mine had been working fine when the person posted but it seems to have suddenly stopped working and now I’m experiencing exactly the same problem.

    Earphones are of course paired via Bluetooth to the box, no issues with it suggesting they arent paired and given there’s no sound coming from the tv during this time it’s fair to say paring was successful.

    As soon as I disconnect the headphones, sound returned.

    This is the same outside of MTOL3 as I tested it with YouTube etc.

    I’m running all the latest Formuler released versions of the Android and MTOL.

    Thanks for Report Adrilang, all Bluetooth issues and many others are reported today from me too.

    I’m interested in z12 ultra but I couldn’t find a list of official distributors in France or Europe on their website.

    Does anyone here know who the authorized distributors are or where I could get this information?

    You can only record live tv on IPTV, VOD and Series was never possible.

    This is something which should be looked into quickly. The side buttons are a joke and you should be able to have full control of the learning funtion. The main buttons should be able to be programmed to control a Denon AVR. I hope this addressed fast!

    Hi,i am trying to get the bluetooth going on the z 12 ultra.

    I never used a bluetooth remote BT1,i have always relied on my perfectly working IR1.

    I tried to get it going by holding simaltenuously the OK button and the mol3 button,strangely nothing happens but flickering of the remote light,and in the bt3 remote app it says disconnected.

    Can anyone help me out?

    Go to Remotes in Android settings -> click on search -> and when the search start, press OK+Hamburger :winking_face: and hold both until the white led start to flash, when in right upper corner the mac address and name from your BT3 appear, click again OK Button to confirm pairing.

    Thx,SAM,apparently someone else was trying to pair a device in my highrise appartment building,i did as you suggested and was able to pair the BT3,while at only minutes after a new upgrade for the remote came up,and i disallowed incoming pairing requests too:smiling_face:

    I have the Formuler 12,
    and the box is cool and nice,
    but there are huge bugs with the USB ports... as soon as you connect an HDD or USB key to it,
    it cuts off the cable or Wi-Fi network...
    (As soon as you remove the HDD, the network restarts immediately.)
    And even if you want to read data on the USB key or disk, you have to wait 5 minutes...

    I've already exchanged Formuler 12 with the official Belgian seller (nice seller)
    (I thought there was a defect in my box),
    but no, both Formuler 12 boxes have the same symptom,
    so you need to release a firmware update!
    Could you please look into the problem? Thank you.

    Test it with some other usb stick formatted with NTFS, it could also be that your hdd produce such issue, or you use faulty format and this let the box freeze! Check your HDD on PC with some tool if there are some errors.

    Vlc player wont play from my nas.

    Rights are good and when i open movie on z12 it opens in a blink and closes direct. Had to some years back also with my z11. And later it worked. (Not after a vlc player update)

    Copied the vlc settings from z11 to z12 but the same...

    Will do factory reset today.😃💪🏻


    Had on z11 copy of mol3 settings but didn't work on my z12. More people had this?


    When i play with my z11 from nas with vlc, kodi or novaplayer is see dolby atmos and plays good. When i forward movie no problems.

    When i do it with z12 i see dolby atmos and when i forward 40 min sounds makes strange sounds an app hang. Then black screen with noise scrambled sound on background and after 30 sec desktop comes back and i can close apps.


    Had also no image at kodi. Movie didnt have dolby vision but when i started movie it says dolby vision.

    In expert mode in kodi turned of dolby vision and i had image. I forwarded movie again, now at 1 hour and 5 min and again dolby atmos sound scrambled/hangs.

    Black screen And 30 sec later strange coloured desktop and then i could close kodi and everything ok.


    Had also 2 times google play store says no internet?

    Remove updates and rebooted an updated google play and all was good.

    Mol3 is good do far i know.

    More users with these problems?


    I do factory reset and install app by app and let you now. Everything will be okay in next weeks or months.😃😃


    And yes i know: there are coming updates for z12 which make it better and better like z11.

    I used an expensive hdmi 2.1b cable with eeehh, how do you say that...

    Sort of gold played connections. And now i connected hdmi delivered with the z12 and same problems with sound when i use my nas with movies and do fast forward the movie with dolby atmos.

    I cant test it anymore with normal dolby 5.1. Cause i factory reset it. Maby after the factory reset i try it again. importend is mol3. The rest comes another time.

    Now factory reset and every app install one by one and restart box after every app installing and setup.

    If mol3 i working like yesterday its fine. The rest comes later those weeks. Happy testing days😃😃😃
