Meta api is OFF in mytvonline4.

I turned box on. I push favorite button.

I select my own created favorite folder.

And then selected channel 1 and i got image and direct back to homescreen.

Standby function is simply said "screen off" function and less power use. So the apps are still running.

The reason they don't disconnect bluetoot, is that the bluetooth remote also disconnect then if you have the bt1 remote.

So to fix this "problem": set your box from standby to shutdown/power off function in android settings.

Problem solved.

(And the +-20 seconds booting is nothing wrong with Right? You have time to watch tv, so the 20 seconds for booting is nothing)

I don't think that's possible.

Cause pc have hdmi output ports. Not input so far i know.

If you ment yesterday that it shutdown itself when using mol4 with live tv etc. Can be yes, end afternoon i had it too that it closed when i go from live tv channels to refresh live channels and or searching other channel.

I disabled meta api again. And let it be.

Then the simpliest way is:

Go to formuler market (green logo, white trolly)

Install formuler cleaner (i thought)

Open app and select OK for clear cache. Next steps by uninstall apps click on cancel.

But let your provider know that you travel to florida usa. So they can set the "watch" country to usa or better to vpn.

Then you can watch everywhere. But maby it's already done. Who knows.

Please make an backup always with an usb from mytvonline3 or 4 if you are planning to do again a factory reset.

When starting mytvonline, It's simply a restore via mytvonlinemenu and app settings and within 2 minutes mytvonline is setted up with your portals and favorites.

Hope this helps, and if you found it, reboot box and check again.

I don't think it's anything TV related, it worked before and i have not changed any settings to my tv, the formuler had a crash and suddenly it's back to the issues from before, but everything else is still the same.

these are my tv settings but i don't see anything that would cause this and disabled most of it.
also can't force the tv in 4k, it adjusts to the device output.

Hdmi deep colour can you maby find in hdmi settings. Or somewhere else.

Everything has been working just fine since I loaded the BETA when it came out. Last night, mysteriously I turned on my Z12 and when trying to open MOL4 it got stuck in a loop. I would now consider MOL4 BETA to be a mess 😒

Anyway you can make backup with usb stick from mol4 after setting up portals.

Mol4 menu, app settings, backup & restore. Then you don't need to type all your portals.

Just restore it after a reset with the usb.

Yes, i have sometimes crashes too. It's close itself while watching live channels and or scrolling in groups.

But It's a beta.

I remove data and cache from mol4 and restore backup via usb. Then often it work for some days.

If you have 4k tv check in tv settings at image/screen options. Like hdmi deep colour on etc.

Audio Optimizer isn't nessesary on Z12 box.

Do you use original hdmi cable from z12 box?

Is the cable direct from z12 to tv? Not via a soundbar. Direct to tv.

Some tv's have hdmi port which are better. Like lg as example.

Try port 4 hdmi or so. Sometimes it's written at a hdmi port. (4k 120hz) as example.

The app adb manager ask also that if you installed and use it.

Turn off developers mode in android settings with the switch.

Go to cogwheel on apps desktop upper right corner, And click again on cogwheel --> device Preferences, look if you can find

"{ } Developer options", if yes, click on it, turn off with switch "enable developer options". Then it also disappear in the device Preferences menu.

Restart box and check again.

This is not a mytvonline problem.

Never ever saw it. Check for strange apps or do direct factory reset If developers options are not there in "device Preferences menu".

Which brand tv you have?

Unpair and remove first in bluetooth settings the old BT1 remote.

Also the new BT3 remote.

Reboot device!

Then pair new remote via bluetooth again.

Which tv brand you have? Some (B) tv brands use the codes of other brand.

P.s.: if you connect both remotes, the bt1 and bt3, then the formuler app can't handle it ofcourse. It can only show info from one remote.

Like I said, open vpn and add hbo to the "splittunnel". So it won't use vpn.

There are no firmware files available.

Only via software update.

Unplug all usb etc and disconnect power for 2 minutes.

Then only put in hdmi and power and try again to factory reset.

If that fails...

if you have warrenty, use it.
