  • Z12 ethernet not connected

    My Z12 has been rock solid connected via ethernet but today the apps including mytv is saying not connected to Internet. Ive tried it on WiFi too but no apps are connecting to the net. The box setting clearly shows that it is connected to to router with excellent strength.

    Ive rebooted everything but the apps will not connect.

    Any advise please?

    Reboot router first. Then put on z12 if router is fully online and then connect ethernet cable. Turn wifi off on box and click on dhcp in ethernet settings and see if you get an ip addres.

    choose at private dns hostname quad9.

    Make an backup of mytvonline3 with usb stick via mytvonline3 menu.

    Delete/uninstall mytvonline3

    Reboot device

    Install mytvonline3 via market app

    Import via usb your backup.


    If problem still exist, uninstall mytvonline3 without making a backup.

    Reboot device and install via Market app again.

    Don't install beta (if available)


    If then still exist, then i think you need to do factory reset.

    When watching channel.

    Press once ok button.

    Press to the left, and press again to left. You see now providers etc.

    Go to the 3 dots upper left corner

    Click on it and refresh.


    For vod or series almost the same steps. Go first to vod.

    Then the steps.

    P.s: hope in future the refresh button will come back in main menu. And that it refresh all. So all channels, epg, vod and series together in one)

    Turn off hdmi cec.

    Turn first tv on. Then 5 seconds later the box.

    Or try the box to set it in standby.

    Looks like tv and box don't have a good "hand shake".

    Try it with hdmi cec on (on tv and box together ofcourse) also.

  • Remote Z12 is dead

    It looks dead to me.

    Alkaline (not zinc) batteries in and try.

    Or try to reset. Hold 0 (zero) and OK button in for 3 seconds.

    If no lights? It's dead.

    Buy new one and or contact seller for warrenty

    Strange my friend, hope you find the usb. Same account and boxes but the apps are not to find on one box🤣

    And or try to remove latest updates from google play store. Maby is one z12 play store updated and had a bug that some apps are missing?

    The only thing thats different is the z12... Internet is the same... VPN is a UK dedicated VPN set in Manchester ( Not surf shark or express... Truely private)

    As for Wifi dropping... I have had this several times...

    Is the other z12 logged in with an google account with another country?


    If you are handy you can with apps like luckypatcher make an apk file on the z12 with the installed apps you want. Put them on usb and try install on other z12. Difficult job, but it works most time.

    In mol3 there are subtitle options.

    Set player to norwegian language.

    And subtitles deselect all, only select norway.

    And there should be option to select norwagian as default subtitle and audio language as English.

    Should check it later. Im gonna eat now my friend.

    1 connection on 2 devices at the same time give freezes, buffers and flashes.

    But you need auto update settings setup in mol as scheduled refresh and then wait till next day.

    That worked out for me🤷🏻‍♂️

    Maby it's just a stupid slash / and or credentials like L is l or i etc.


    Url you can teatv yourself is browser. Its says then: unautorized.

    Some urls has :80 begind it. Remove etc. Try please.
