Yes, for android, theres an app called Google TV, after the installation you just open it and you will see the remote option. just connect it with your formuler, and then everytime you need the remote, it will be on the notification icons, maybe you have to edit the icons that are visible for you to see it, but after that, you just need to be on the same wifi/ network as your formuler device, and it works.

i know the MOL3 can handle all formats almost.... its all good. the problem is almos for shoure the bitrate...

If bitrate diferent on most audios inside the .mkv file, MOL3 do not open the movie (no audio, no image) but if i click to return one time (left arrow) the movie starts normaly...

Again, this only happens on movies with multi audio inside, and those audios have multiple bitrates or channels. as an example i left a video here, and also the complete media info from that file, provided by the provider.

with or without surround this happens the same...
with or without sound bar...

Again the problem isnt that MOL 3 cant handle h264 or h265 or AAC...

MOL3 can hadle all of them even MOL 1 can HAndle if the device itself alows it to...
The problem of MOL3 is, that i believe it cant handle very good, multiple bitrate audios inside the video file... it has to be this.... because if the audio files area ll the same bitrate and the same channels, nothing happens...
maybe someone can pass this info to developers

ive installed all codecs yes, even already reseted the box to be compeltely shoure, its not a device problem...
it has to be the MOL3 cant handle something about the files, because MOL1 and MOL2 had never this problem....

Hello, i tryed yesterday to post something but with the server problem was all deleted.

So i try again, im a z8 and z10 owner and recently ive bought the z11pro box.

im having some strange problems that doenst happen on z8 or z10, more focus on MOL2... so MOL3 has this error when playing movies or tv-shows with multiple audios and subtitles...
the video starts all black without sound, but playing somehow without picture, and i justa have to go back, like rewind with the left arrow one time, and all come to life... after that plays normaly.

i reseted the box to be shoure nothing is wrong... i spoke with the portal seller and they said to test on z10, if it plays normaly, its a MOL3 problem and only formuler can solve it.
codecs installed, lists updated all correct like z10... but sometimes it happens and its very anoying... when i open a movie it normaly takes 3 seconds and its playing already, but when it takes 10seconds to start playing i know that the error will occur, or like, theres no error but it doesnt play, so its internal error...

i asked him to send me some info about the files and he sended me an media info of one file with diferences in Bitrate and channels.....

Its possible that MOL3 isnt handle very well files that contain audios with diferent Bitrates inside... its the only thing that can be hapening here diferent than oder files with the same audio bitrate...

ok that can be true, because already tryed with a pc monitor and in there, everything is the same, only HDMI CEC cant test on a monitor.

Or maybe some admin can try to see some of the problems, because its realy anoying, some hd channels dont even open sometimes and with some ZAP, then works but allways with picture not smooth like on Z8pro

The only settings that are there is to activate, and for me doenst work. HDMI problem is not, because it works all perfect with z8pro

Hello all... z10promax with latest firmware and reset made after instalation.

- HDMI CEC doesnt work... dont turn on and off with tv.

- Remote control from tv cant make changes on the box but the light from the box blink everytime you touch the remote from tv..

All was working good on z8pro. (Just for reference)

- Remote app android from formuler, doenst find the box.

- FULL HD and 4k channels doenst have a smooth play, picture jumps and stop sometimes... changed hdr from adaptative to off and its worse.

- Using a Legacy remote control from z+nano its very dificult and slow, have to touch 3 times the same key to make changes on the box. But the light from the box blinks everytime

- VOD and Series also have not a smooth picture, try AutoFrameRate on and off...

- Sometimes on Series, tv changes auto to 24p instead of normal 60p, and on channels sometimes aldo changes to 50p just by itself...

There are really alot of bugs... when i try all of this on the z8pro or z+nano, everyting is gone...

On MOL2 tags are not recognized at all... sub titles size is a litle to big, but it only changes the line if the phrase is to long to show on one line... or else wil show only one line of subtitles. On MOL 1, if thats already fixed it means that wil detect also the < /br> tag in the midle of the phrase. I think. Lets see...

Like the beta testers should have done, before the software was out for all of us, i will try to make the list of what I saw.

Problems/ bugs.

- EPG showing only 2 records of what's next.... before was 4 or 5 on z7+ or all MOL1...

- Scrolling channels (NORMAL MODE not classic) sometimes on each channel selected, its flashing everytime you touch the remote button...like updating the list names and picons... or EPG for shore... EPG doens't load automatically, only when channel is selected.

[- MOL2 can't be exit with remote exit button... Only going to Menu, and click Exit. (not a bug, just press EXIT on remote for more then 2 seconds )]

- OK button on remote, without CLASSIC menu channel activated, should show the info from channel, but doens't do nothing. On Z7+, with no menu or channel selection on screen, just the channel itself, if you touch OK button you could see the info.

- on VOD or TV shows, Player, Playing a video, JUMP INTERVAL, does not work... time is there, but doesn't do nothing.

- on VOD or TV shows, SUBTITLES are perfect, but to BIG, on a 75-inch TV at 5 meter distance, subtitles shows from side2side from TV... the subtitle size from z7+ was perfect;

- ADDED DAY info on VOD, for each movie, or TV series, is missing, something to add, like on MOL1;

- TV shows, when you watch one episode on MOL1, he will be saved, and after if you want to watch another episode from the same TV show, the last episode watched it was selected, that's a very good help... on MOL2 nothing. And on this same feature, very much appreciated, on MOL1, if the PLAY ALL feature was activated, and you watch one episode and one second is auto played, the software would not recognize that 2 episodes were watched... example: play TVSHOW000.S01E03 and after Finnish, exit all and shutdown the box. Tomorrow open TV SERIES, go to TVshow000 and the episode 3 was already selected, so just move to 4 and play.... but if you play TVSHOW000.S01E03 and he auto play episode TVSHOW000.S01E04, and then you close and exit all, the Episode selected tomorrow would be the 3 again.

- Please make it more compatible with Xtream codes API.... like IPTV SMARTERS PRO, of course all of you know it.

VOD for example, had also YOUTUBE TRAILER, why not? Just add this function, its perfect....

TV shows episode info, and covers for all seasons... it was perfect...

Add Favorites on VOD and TV SHOWS. It would be perfect, also youtube trailer on TV SHOWS....

its alot, but only write all to help discover bugs, and to help add features that for shoure arent so dificult, and all the clients would be much more happy.

I have a problem with one Formuler Z Plus 4k@30fps, playing one 4k channel (you can see the channel info, below, in one picture attached.

The Box should open also, 4k@25fps but it wont...

If the channel is 4k@30fps it will open normally,

Please help me understand why, and if maybe its an hardware problem, or software.

Hi everyone... it is possible to have the update to the beta version? I am using the .43 version and as i saw, the update like 175n told, it will take longer to come... i wanted to test the new beta, if possible.

The problem isnt from the subtitle file, and also it isnt solved because there was no update like 175n told that would be. But i know what the problem is... the MTvOnline app, cant handle the subtitles if they are not FORCED SUB on MKV file... but its not possible to put them all forced...

So before the last update it would recognise the subtile normaly, now they had change something that it doesnt evad detects the collor or BOLD OR ITALIC and off course the FORCED OR NOT.

Already try that, for example the newest version from MXPLAYER, but theres also bugs on Mxplayer when streaming something from internet,... if the connection is a litle week, mxplayer gives an error from streming from server problem and closes... and on MOL it just load again and continues....

Hi all, received my box today and ist perfect...fast...

Only problem i see for now is the VOD or Series subtitles, tryed befor update and wasnt to bad...(black INSIDE and white OUTSIDE) but after auto update My tv online ( the box asked to do it) on the description was written that was an improvement on subtitles encoding, so i was happy, maybe they fixed, they will be normal, only white i thought... but now they are WORST... MY GOODNESS... NOW THEY ARE WHITE INSIDE, BLACK OUTSIDE and Then full of white dots on outside... what is this and when it will be fixed?
