Z+ 4k@25fps Problem...

Hi everyone, and thanks for all you had been doing for making our boxes better.

I have a problem with one Formuler Z Plus 4k@30fps, playing one 4k channel (you can see the channel info, below, in one picture attached.

The Box should open also, 4k@25fps but it wont...

If the channel is 4k@30fps it will open normally,

Please help me understand why, and if maybe its an hardware problem, or software.

Here is another picture showing the tv image thats showing on that channel.
