I think the reseller has blocked all devices from usa of serial number.

When you start the box after 2-3 minutes comes this message and you can only turn off the box

I was in the usa for 2 months because of my studies, then bought the box there.

Now I'm back in Germany, connected the box and now the message comes: This product is not for sale outside North America ?? What can I do?

But for the update i haven't problem

If i use as a portal, i haven't logos for the channels but if i use it as m3u, i have the logos?

What is the problem?

Comes a fix update?

Can we load the old software Sam?

So I asked my provider again, they haven't changed anything.

1. As a Mac Portal, it goes

2. As m3u link it goes

3. But as portal username pass

Fail load vod data

I still made reset the same.

Should possibly be software problem

Many user have the same problem with another providers.

Test with a older software?

I have the same problem since software update comes up with error when loading vod. But with M3U Link it goes. Have my provider asked everything runs flawlessly

hallo zusamman, wenn ich meine line als benutzername und password eingebe Funktioniert iptv gut aber vod bleibt Immer Hängen?? Und wird vom provider blockiert.
