All connects fine channels change epg updates but screen is just blank

Hi Sam tried factory reset still the same but with MAC address it’s fine

Tried vpn and different urls and different Acc still same another user on here having same issue

I have this exact issue on my z7+ box yet if I connect via MAC address it’s perfect

Tried that and works fine but also I have tried another supplier and mytvonline works fine but this one particular supplier has suddenly stopped

Hi guys been a while since Iv posted my box been working perfect I use the mytvonline app with username password and url/portal but for some reason it now loads as normal updates epg but no tv just black screen can change channels etc if I use MAC address all works fine any ideas as tested url on fire stick and works fine

Hey guys not used this box in a while just plugged it in updated latest software but when I click the app it opens connects then says its stopped working

I'm told its a formuler issue something to do with an up date

hard wired but also tried wifi and usb to ethernet also tried using my phones internet as a hot spot tried static ip tried changing dns even tried box at a different location yet the sub i bought is amazing not a single buffer

I'm using vm iv got the highest they do which is 350mbps but through box its between 70 and 80mbps

hi are u using same box as me z7+ with mytvonline i have tried static ip no difference pulling my hair out

hi thank u fro replying yes I'm with vm mytvonline is amazing otherwise id be fine using a different app its frustrating knowing if my current sub fails then my 4 back up subs won't work Robbo yes tried everything I wish there was some one here from my area who could see what i mean and probably explain it better

How many subs do you have?

Please try the following -

Factory reset the Z7+

After updates to software, load the "buffering sub" and test.

Then add "non buffering sub"

With multiple subs - how long does it take to load MyTvOnline app?

I recently bought Z7+ 5G as i needed to add VPN.

Tested my sub on many apps on this box including provider app.

Found MyTvOnline to be the best.

I still get buffering on channels with no back ups. Popular channels like sports have 3 backs ups and I simply change to another stream.

i have 4 subs plus the non buffer sub

i have reset the box many times

mytvonline app is amazing thats why I'm annoyed because my subs run perfect on other apps just not mytvonline

I have had great success with the following settings on my z7+:

Timeshift. OFF

Playback limit. OFF

Buffer Time. 5sec

Have you tried changing any of these settings?

I'm concerned as iv paid for a box that will on run one sub perfectly if that service goes down then I'm stuck

yes sam i have tried static ip iv tried several different dns the sub I'm currently using if using all day watching uhd no buffer the min i put any other sub on channel may play couple mins and buffer might be 20mins and buffer tried different channels it has to be a bug in the app because all other app work fine router been reset rebooted web safe off firewalls off tried tethering my mobile phone tried a different house

I'm using portal but iv tried id and m3u iv tried vpn iv the latest firmware and mol installed I'm currently using usb to ethernet connection my buffering issue is when watching channels with mol the three blue buffer bars are on one bar (one blue square) then that goes grey then channels freezes with a spinning circle in middle saying loading iv tried each sub on different app works perfect on a speed test my box show 72mbps outta every sub iv tried only one is working perfect yet they all fine on different app as for your question "what shall formula do now?" i don't know thats why I'm posting this it seems no where has got a fix yet it seems to be pretty common

iv had this issue for over a month tried vpns tried wifi,ethernet also usb to ethernet different iptv providers tried m3u tried mac turned off dchp and web safe on router set box for static ip the issues still there ONLY on mytvonline (z7+) got showbox installed works perfect iptv smarters perfect must be bug in software seems like not receiving enough data through app

I only have an issue with mytvonline iv downloaded an stb emulator works perfect it’s just that app that has issues

Hi guys I’m using z7+ but keep getting loading message in centre of screen it’s normally when signal bar in bottom right corner drops to grey any ideas why it’s dropping I’m getting perfect internet speed iv tried Ethernet WiFi also have usb to Ethernet adapter

any luck with ethernet dropping connection I had z+ dropped every few min sent it back got z7+ still drops but not as much wifi is perfect
