pls can i get some help or passed on to someone who can help me i spent £100 on this box only for the above specific app after many issues with buffering i tried everything wifi ethernet mobile hotspot usb to ethernet many different subs tried m3u tried mac reset box took box to different property NOW to find out its from what i can tell is the sub i purchase yet every sub works flawless on other apps on box yet ONLY 1 works perfect on mytvonline pls can someone explain why and is this gonna be addressed as i said every sub i have works perfect on starters iptv yet only one works on mytvonline app keeping the blue buffer bars fully lit

Please tell me how to help when you not give any information about your,router, hardware, speed dl/up, country, info if you need vpn for your country or not, installed fw and mol sw etc etc. If you say one sub works perfect with the box, what should formuler do now?
They can not check all servers and iptv providers over the world.
How ever tell us first what kind of connections do you use, ID/Portal, XtremCodes or M3u? I guess you have buffering but where, Ethernet or WIFI? Did you try to set your IP to static?

I'm using portal but iv tried id and m3u iv tried vpn iv the latest firmware and mol installed I'm currently using usb to ethernet connection my buffering issue is when watching channels with mol the three blue buffer bars are on one bar (one blue square) then that goes grey then channels freezes with a spinning circle in middle saying loading iv tried each sub on different app works perfect on a speed test my box show 72mbps outta every sub iv tried only one is working perfect yet they all fine on different app as for your question "what shall formula do now?" i don't know thats why I'm posting this it seems no where has got a fix yet it seems to be pretty common

It may help to say which formuler box you are using.

Ok, i already asked but didn`t get answer. Did you try to set your IP to static? Please do this and check also your router settings, router reboot can also help if some process is stuck. Try this all first.

yes sam i have tried static ip iv tried several different dns the sub I'm currently using if using all day watching uhd no buffer the min i put any other sub on channel may play couple mins and buffer might be 20mins and buffer tried different channels it has to be a bug in the app because all other app work fine router been reset rebooted web safe off firewalls off tried tethering my mobile phone tried a different house

If you have one sub that works without buffering, why do you care about subs that don’t work as well???

Timeshift. OFF
Playback limit. OFF
Buffer Time. 5sec
Have you tried changing any of these settings?

Please try the following -
Factory reset the Z7+
After updates to software, load the "buffering sub" and test.
Then add "non buffering sub"
With multiple subs - how long does it take to load MyTvOnline app?
I recently bought Z7+ 5G as i needed to add VPN.
Tested my sub on many apps on this box including provider app.
Found MyTvOnline to be the best.
I still get buffering on channels with no back ups. Popular channels like sports have 3 backs ups and I simply change to another stream.

Have you tried changing the settings such as turning off “timeshifting” to see if it makes any difference? Have you tried increasing the buffer time?

Agreed - MyTvOnline is the best app out there today.
I guess your best bet is to raise a support ticket - you may be able to provide details of your subs for them to test via free trials from that service.

Hi, when you say "Web safe off" am I right by assuming you are with VM? 👍

i run my own service with about 70ish end users using z7+ with staic ip none of them including my self have any buffer issues

hi thank u fro replying yes I'm with vm mytvonline is amazing otherwise id be fine using a different app its frustrating knowing if my current sub fails then my 4 back up subs won't work Robbo yes tried everything I wish there was some one here from my area who could see what i mean and probably explain it better

besides running my own service i have 2 other services which i use for testing purposes and have no issues with any of them. ie swapping from one to the other and back again. when i first bought the z7+ i had the same issues as u did. all i changed is to staic ip rebooted router and box and never had that issue again

I'm using vm iv got the highest they do which is 350mbps but through box its between 70 and 80mbps

so speed isnt the issue but are u hard wired or wifi

hard wired but also tried wifi and usb to ethernet also tried using my phones internet as a hot spot tried static ip tried changing dns even tried box at a different location yet the sub i bought is amazing not a single buffer
