Mytvonline doesn`t open two connections at same time, the problem is MOL2 try to get much faster data from provider then MOL1. On provider side the security script identifies this as flood and block the ip. So this depends also from Provider settings, are they to high =bann, are they lower= no problem.

Many of them lowered the security settings, bigger providers can handle this without problems and smaller providers obvious not.

This can be only fixed with lowering the MOL2 speed, so it is hard to find the golden middle, between ban and happy user who wants fast MOL2.

Are you guys currently hesitating between slowing a little MOL2 and unblock some of your customers ? Please tell me I am misreading something.

Confirmed. Neither typing it before or after pairing works. As Slash says, the error message is displaying instantly so no chance to type the passkey.

I've experienced it with a Mi Box 3 and I had to unpair from Macbook to pair with Mi Box, then do the reverse… I do not like this process and it is way faster to link it with a cable that is always connected to my Formuler.

Anyway I've just tested pairing it with Formuler, says incorrect code PIN or passkey.

I'm using the latest Apple Magic Keyboard but did not try the bluetooth pairing as when I'm using it it is just for a few seconds and do not want to unpair from Macbook. So I just link it with lightning cable and it's working.

This is not my ticket. Did not even know about support ticket feature before the another guy sent it to me and did not think about looking for it as you asked for feedbacks on this forum. But ok then I'll open one for each bug ok thanks.

This is not a provider issue but definitely you that do not cover all the technical paths (maybe there are different formats for subtitles, maybe EPG is not loading the same way depending on portal setting, UTC, offset, things, etc.), otherwise why other apps do not have these issues ?

You had us pay a lot of money for an unfinished product guys, and all I needed was to have an answer for one of these plenty bugs, and this is the first time you take time for it.

So this was only an official update with the features in the different betas and the most important bug was not corrected :

EPG displaying very slow when scrolling through channels instead of displaying directly for every channels !

Also there are these 2 other bugs that are very annoying :

BUG : subtitles do not disappear

Bug : video goes to next episode before the end

Same with Movies. Plus there are some sentences that does not appear. This is a serious issue, not happening with other apps…

I can do live timeshift. To make it work I replay the current program in the catchup menu.

BUG : when you put every apps in launcher group A or B, a new installed app wont appear. If we add it to a group, wont apper neither. If unselected again, Launcher crashes, then the "main" group reappears with the freshly installed app.

Ok my bad. But what an awful solution… I will wait for the update. Thanks.

How ? This is not present in the current version…

The blue bar is OK I meant maybe in the background the counter is still running (but not displayed as is). It happens for me every time I do a long pause, then I can resume but sometime before the end it will end itself and go to next video… You should give it a try by pausing for ten minutes for example, then letting the video run and see if it does not stop before the end…

Is this bug known and expected to be fixed on the late march update ?

Didn't notice anybody talk about it : subtitles do not disappear. I mean, if the sentence of the character is done and there is no word for 5 minutes for example, the last text will be stuck on the screen.

Same thing when jumping from end of episode to next, the last sentence text is still on the screen till a new one is written…

Noticed it with Series, I dont know yet if same vor Movies or Live Channels.

Hi,

There is a bug with catchup programs availability when there is a shift with server timezone.

EPG and catchup list is displaying the good time clock, but let's say I am +3hours from the real server time, and last available program is starting at 7pm, I wont be aple to play it and the last one available would be 4pm (so -3).

I can reproduce the bug everytime and there is a workaround : change the timezone to match the server one and restart MOL2.

Are you aware of this bug and do you plan to fix it soon ?

Sorry if this was already posted before but I did a quick search and did not find anyone describing this bug.

I've just watched two episodes and it seems that the player the time bar does not know well if the video was paused or not. Indeed, for these two episodes I paused the video for maybe 10-15 minutes and twice it ended the video 10-15 minutes before the end with a popup to launch next episode.

I am currently running the store version of MOL2 but did not see anything in the betas changelogs that would fix that bug.

I ask the question since they say "at the moment". Pretty unclear if it is scheduled or if it will never be…

Are you planning to get the certification on the Z8 this year or we can forget about it and just hope for a future certified device ?

I used to use this app on Mi Box so no color button. All the features are accessible with the menu on OK long press.

I don't know why he would get issues with remote control as the app is using the classic buttons…

But dude… Why would you buy a Formuler Z8 and run Smart IPTV ? That's a bit weird…

My LE32s86bd Samsung has Anynet+ enabled (after entering it in service mode) but powering on-off wont work either.

I did not see any option to move apps on home screen from left to right. I've seen the groups feature in Launcher settings but apart from adding group A and group B, I wont be able to move tiles.

Long press on OK button does not work.

Anyway is there any remote guide available somewhere ? I am finding some hotkeys by chance (long press on REC to screenshot, long press on VOD for shows, etc.) but would rather want to read them somewhere.
