Could you please create XC Api portal with same data from your m3u url and test again? Btw. XC Api portal have more options than m3u playlist.
I did create via portal and all is well so far, but like I said it should work properly with m3u and it should not even be an issue for something that should be so basic. For a box that cost me 200.00 each for 2 of them this should be a non issue.
That's all good and we'll, but I should not have to do that to get it to work to be honest.

So on my Z11 Pro Max everytime I set up a favorites list if I make a new one or use the orginal favorite group channels start disappearing the same day or within 2 days max and the channels are replaced with a random string of numbers amd underscores like 4_3_2664391439_0. Those channels are still on my regular groups so it is not like my provider had removed those channels. I have tried making a new favorites list 3 different times now and they start to always disappear and end up having just a random bunch of numbers and underneath says no information. I have 2 formuler z11 pro max boxes and it does it on both boxes. This is very frustrating. Yet I can do it in tivimate on same boxes and all is well. I know i cannot be the only one with this issue please help!!
so why is it that my nvidia shield pro can play 4k content with plex no problems, but yet my z11 max pro cannot without it trying to transcode within plex. I am just so confused as to how this issue started way back with Z8 and apparently still has not been addressed. I know people say to use plex via kodi or plexkodiconnect or revert back to a specific version of plex, but in all honesty that just seems unacceptable to me. How is it that nvidia can make it happen, but a box dedicated to these types of things is basically rendered useless with 4k in plex. Please someone help me to understand this.
I tried that plex would never load on kodi. I ended up having to go the route of plexkodiconnect which is not working great
I have a z11 pro max and with my shield I can play 4k videos on plex, but when I try with my new z11 it says streaming converted 4k is not allowed. I tried installing an older version of plex that I found online on a mirror site version 8.1.0.17967
