So on my Z11 Pro Max everytime I set up a favorites list if I make a new one or use the orginal favorite group channels start disappearing the same day or within 2 days max and the channels are replaced with a random string of numbers amd underscores like 4_3_2664391439_0. Those channels are still on my regular groups so it is not like my provider had removed those channels. I have tried making a new favorites list 3 different times now and they start to always disappear and end up having just a random bunch of numbers and underneath says no information. I have 2 formuler z11 pro max boxes and it does it on both boxes. This is very frustrating. Yet I can do it in tivimate on same boxes and all is well. I know i cannot be the only one with this issue please help!!

Could you please create XC Api portal with same data from your m3u url and test again? Btw. XC Api portal have more options than m3u playlist.

I did create via portal and all is well so far, but like I said it should work properly with m3u and it should not even be an issue for something that should be so basic. For a box that cost me 200.00 each for 2 of them this should be a non issue.

New User here. I had this issue (or similar) the other day on my Z11 Pro (Mac portal profile - Stalker). I was switching between channels (or from live TV to VOD - I can't remember which). The Favorites channels were replaced with "a random string of numbers and underscores like 4_3_2664391439_0" (as Greenbaypackers states). All of the other Groups now had "No channels". A new group was listed "ETC(TV)" at the bottom of the 'Groups' list that contained all of the active channels provided by my provider (and I could access these channels in this group). I could see that this was a MYTVO3 issue (and not a provider or internet problem) as I could still access VOD as usual.
I tried re-booting - off/on (and hard reset - unplug two minutes), clear the cache (etc.).
In desperation I was about to delete my profile and create it again when I thought I'd try to "Refresh Contents" and "Clear and Update EPG". Thankfully this cleared up the problem and I was up and running again (and the "ETC(TV)" group disappeared)

On a live channel press 'info' and then the down button.
You will see the star icon on add the channel to the favorite.
You can also press the blue button on the channel list, to add to your favorites.
