Not quite sure it was just released 8/2023. LG 2023 TV line up normally starts being sold in 3/2023 and already came in with QMS
My gut is telling me it's dead cause for z11, formuler will have another reason to release another z12 and have it with Android 12 and QMS.
If you're sure Z11 has HDMI 2.0 port only then it's a limitation for QMS. I don't think it's a SOC limitation given both (RTD1325 and RTD1319c) use the same GPU, the only reason why you can't have QMS is because Z11 boxes probably don't have an HDMI 2.1 port. RTD1319 and RTD1319c are compatible with HDMI 2.1, it's in their specifications.
I'm not sure, I couldn't find any specs regarding which HDMI port the z11 pro max has on the website until I saw SAM post here
Weird thing the formuler GTV which is older than z11 pro max I believe (isn't it?) has HDMI 2.1
lailanis For QMS you need HDMI 2.1 and at least Android 12 plus a compatible TV. Not sure if Z11 has HDMI 2.1 port and it's only Android 11 even knowing it's upgradable to Android 12.
Seems like you're right. QMS needs HDMI 2.1 ports, z11 pro max has only HDMI 2.0 port so it's not possible even if software is upgraded to Android 12.

yes and no, chipset depended. If chipset manufacturer brings fix, fw support for this it could also be possible on z11.
For now not possible. Only Z mini have QMS, supported through new chipset.

Please access 'MYTVOnline+ > Settings (top right) > Content Sources > select portal,' to refresh the portal and check again.
Just did but it's the same, still black screen, just audio, seems happening more to SD channels, like HD channel works OK, the SD doesn't
But not always, some other HD/SD channels both work ok

I'm using the premium on zflip5, I noticed some channels have black screen (audio works fine)
I don't see any other different player, any idea where problem could be

Since air sync remote z doesn't work and the alternative zanc is bad and not intuitive at all, I wish formuler developers can provide a local web page to add portal/url like its done by another competitor box

Switch connection to xc api so your provider will not to be to control playback limit.

Seems like your provider has an active time limit, generally around 4 hours or so.
As Mevi asked, do you have the playback limit set on your box? If not then itl be providers side and if so, unless provider changes that itl remain the same always.

I noticed that my iptv stream stops after few hours of non usage
For example it happens when I wake up. No stream when I zap, if I click refresh it keeps spinning until it says refresh failed
Portal says connected
I always have to disconnect portal then reconnect again
Any idea how to fix this

For those having problems with FF and RW with their MOL2. I struggled before fixing the problem. It turnes out Z8 was using external vod player, I turned it off and it's using internal media player I guess and no issues anymore

I'm having same issue with my Zi. FF and rewind did not work at all. I turned off vod external media player in the MOL2 setting that seemed to fix the issue
Why don`t you change to 16:9 like 175n already suggested. I use also LG Oled and there are no visible cropped edges.
16:9 doesn't make any change. Actually original give larger picture compared to 16:9
In order to really reproduce the issue you need to have maybe something in the edge or pause the picture and see the edges, then click OK and see the same picture using PIP then more details will appear close to edges that are not there using full size.

I kind of noticed the problem (screen edges cropped) happens only when I see full screen on Z8, if I click OK and PIP is displayed you the full picture

Same server shows broader picture. See the attached image. If I use MOL2 it's kind of cropped, same server on different app and different device shows the other picture

It's not channel logo. Rather server logo I guess. You can see the picture is like cropped when using MOL

Picture should be full and not cropped, it has to be either the app or the box
"full aspect" is probably the wrong mode. You should try 16:9 and make sure any overscan settings on your TV are turned off.
Not really. Maybe it's not called full aspect on LG OLED but rather original. And it's the same whether it's original or 16:9
Can someone try using their sub using nvidia shield or smart TV app and see if they can tell the difference compared to MOL2
Do you use maybe on your TV the zoom function? Turn off and let the box show the right format.
I don't have it on. I made sure tv is set to full aspect and not 16:9 or zoom
It's gotta be either the box itself or MOL2. I haven't installed app in Z8 and tried. Not sure if we can use different iptv app on Z8

I realized for quite a while that I don't get Full aspect ratio, I noticed that because one of the channels logo shows up not in same place when I use MYTVOnline 2 vs different IPTV app. I believe it's showing all videos using 16:9. I tried changing setting, I'm not sure if it's an old issue since I just learned about V-Format today but didn't work. see the screenshot (when using MTO2 vs other iptv)
I believe it's a glitch and maybe easy to fix

anyway, main reason most people buy Z8 is to get advantage of the mytvonline app.
The New Nvidia Shield pro 2019 actually has this feature as a beta function, sorry I made a mistake in my previous post, it's the Plex app that can match refresh rate, not the older shield. But it's a very important feature for watching movies!

I have set my screen to 1080p@60hz.
I configured my Z8 to output 1080p@60hz.
Z8 HDMI auto adaptation is set to "off".
I see no judder whatsoever when I switch to USA/UK/NL/DE/BE/TR/VOD or whatever content in MOL2/Youtube/etc...

again, you may not feel it but others do
it's better to have native support to other framerates, if other boxes do then it should be across the board
automatic refresh rate is capability of the box to match the refresh rate of the video that is playing
most content in Europe is using 50Hz whereas in North America video are displayed in 60Hz. some Movies for example use 24Hz. when a box doesn't have the capability of automatic refresh rate depending on the video displayed, it forces video to be played to one specific refresh rate (the one you set in the beginning). when video is 50Hz and box setting is 50Hz its works well, same if it's 60Hz and box setting is 60Hz. now if you play european content (50Hz) and your box is set to 60Hz or vice versa, then this introduces judder and some stuttering especially when it comes to sport and banners (some people are more sensitive than others). if automatic refresh rate is supported. box will switch to whatever refresh rate to match what's displayed. Formuler can support 50Hz and 60Hz but can't switch back and forth, Formuler doesn't support 24Hz used in movies at all
Enigma2 boxes do support automatic refresh rate, I believe Formuler has an enigma2 box if I'm not mistaken, I attached a screenshot of enigma2 AV setting where it says MULTI (other settings are either 50Hz or 60Hz)
I'm not sure if this is android limitation or what!

Hi, Shield actually has this feature, (as Apple TV).
Shield has an app developed by someone, it's not natively supported, it's not very smooth. it caused me lot of A-V delays etc. I can't believe for a company like google that sells millions of products worldwide, this is not supported

I'm considering buying Z8 but was wondering if it has auto refresh rate to match the video refresh rate whether it's 24Hz 50Hz or 60Hz or only has one refresh rate and won't change automatically
I know enigma 2 and infomir boxes have this feature. I also know Nvidia shield doesn't have it
