Go to Formuler Update App, then I enter 1339, press the red button for beta test software, then it says Software Update 1, press Ok, but nothing works, I get an error message and IPTV Download Error

why can't i download the beta version, get to where it says start upgrade press ok but it doesn't happen, it says download cancel, can someone help me, thanks
