Some remarks about the Z11.

Looks like you did change the default options assigned to the shortcuts button, before was .. short VOD, .. long series. Now it's not anymore the case and quiet annoying. I know I can re-map them.

Looks like the connection with wifi is a bit more cumbersome, I did setup 1 this morning and when I did select my wifi it was saying trying to connect during at least 2 min and then I did back then forward till the main menu and there it was still struggling to connect to finally connect with the 2.4, do you also experience this issue ? and it's not the first time that is happening.

For the rest, that is an amazing work, thank you guys

I tried both xc/ mac still the same number-> missing channels.

I also tried to quit the app, clear the cache and restart the device, the problem persist.

Moreover, I ask a friend having a Z11 with same server same issue.

Hello, strangely I'm missing channels into groups, like 402 on my phone and mytv2 but on mytv3 341 or another one having 65 but on z11 40.

I have some questions about the GTV

There is a manual with all the descriptions of which settings options do what on formuler boxes MOL2 include GTV ?

For example like inside the CEC control what does mean the option One key play ? or One key power off ? or Auto change language ?

With my predecessors formuler when i push the volume up/down the tv volume do not change with my GTV it does ? why ?

I did connect an headset through Bluetooth and at the first stage didn't work, only the other apps than MOL2 was working, then I found switching audio in live tv had an impact in my headset but impossible to get it working in VOD / Series do I miss something ?

I need 2 apps and I don't know which one to use for file explorer(too see / delete files in the GTV) ? and to browse the web ?

There is a config file for GTV ? like for Alpha ? to be able to add multiple portals quickly and without possibility to see the URL portal?

Tested many other brands none of them was at the level of Formuler i'm not talking about hardware devices because you need to use them often and for a long period but based on software MOL1 then 2.

MOL2 is quite far in advance from competitors and most of people says "looks like a normal cable provider" and easy to use but with lots of functionality available.

Secondly the support, this forum, telegram, you can use many platforms to get supported that is a great plus with admins that are always here to help.

On every updates you can see that they are listening because some tips / functionalities were asked by user's that dev's worked on and this is the best combination.

When I connect I try to read other post to see if I can help someone else with my knowledge that I learned over the year.

6 if you try different countries depending on your provider they needs also to adapt the country on their side. for ex. if you put germany if the provider has a protection he also needs to put germany before you try otherwise you will be blocked by the proxy.

Personally, the best suitable connection is by MAC, if you use MOL2.

What is your speedtest over night when is not connecting ?

Then what looks weird is that on 1 side it is working and to another not but sometimes I saw on some update Formuler fixes not able to connect to portal -When I never had the case.

I had that issue with samsung TV I did press the exit button and then the image of the box was showing.
I didn't find the reason but if you find something I'm happy if you share.

It can be both internet provider / service.

to be certain you need to compare at the same time with a friend who have the same service but not the same internet provider.

Sometimes it can happen that some low cost internet provider, limits the flow when there are strong influences like in the evening and during these corona day more people at home streaming / working, so low cost internet provider are poorly equipped.

Your message is not really clear but from what i understand.

If you go to the main menu open the formuler remote app and there you can set your preferences.

Select the button that you would like to change and select v.format.

go back to mytv and press the setup button you will get to v.format

and what about searching a movie on the MYTV VOD section ?

When i asked for a movie it does find the movie in another screen then MYTV but impossible play

I don't think it's a provider issue as I did a comparison with a friend having the same box and same provider and no issue.

I have an issue with 1 alpha connected to a LG TV.

The TV volume is like 50 up to 100.. and the box approximately around 50 and on live channels when people is speaking i can listen saturation in the audio do you want from where it can come or do you have any tips to provide ?

If we goes down to 20 in the TV and 80 with the box looks like better but we still can listen the saturation.

Also my feeling is more down the volume is better you can listen it.

I tried to go under sounds HDMI output it was on LPCM I change it under RAW and it looks like ok.. but then the box volume button as no effect anymore, and when channels have different audio compression the volume can be really high or down.

I also tried to change with another box, also change the cable and changed HDMI port on the TV, still the same.

I have been owning multiple brand include Formuler years ago starting with ZX, Z7+, Z8, Alpha, Z8 pro and now Neo because it fits my requirement fast as the Z8, i don't need Bluetooth, connected by wire, but none of other brand are competitor I work with Formuler because since years n1, starting by this forum, finding an amount of info, problems, tips.

Then you can see the amount of updates that you are doing / test because there is so much to test with so much different setup for every user's / every providers + every VPN

Every updates MOL2 is improving, and nowadays with the big remote control you have a bunch of small shortcut that you can use, where the majority of the people do not know.

Hello, if it's the IR1 you certainly need to go into the formuler application and assign 1 of the 3 shortcut buttons at the bottom of the remote.

You can parameter the mouse cursor.. switch it off and then reassign the shortcut.

I have the 3 of them Z8, alpha, Neo, the RCU on Neo it's the smaller one, (personally i prefer the big one when I press the buttons).

I'm currently using the Neo plugged by cable and it works great of course if you only use for iptv, i also made a comparison in the speed of changing channels in between Z8/Neo and no differences, even if the neo have 1gb of ram.

Then if you would like a good in between choose the Alpha also for the price differences not that high and also because it can handle 2.4 / 5 ghz internal wifi when the neo only 2.4

Also the storage Alpha 8 /Neo 4gb and the neo do not have bluethooth.

All depends on your need but the Neo do the job !

If each time there is football doesn't work change provider. that is mostly bad servers or cheap once.

When i use my VPN some server (even if the speed is good) i do have black screen.. but then by changing countries it fix my problem.

For example connected to France -> black screen

connected to Germany -> black screen

connectec to Austria -> working fine..

You need to change countries and test.

Depends what you would like to do with the box.. but look at the specs comparison and do your own opinion.

Thanks for the update, I remember something different in my mind.

So I connected again my ZX and there is a small difference but like 1 second and I feel that the z7+ is quicker and then alpha and z8 more.

I can provide some links with videos but effectively there isn`t a big gap.

For example when you click ok in classic mode then the tv screen get smaller and the list of channels appear, then you click again on ok to get back to full screen.. during this process you can clearly see the differences.

Yes all of them are connected same with RJ45 cable.

Hello, I was comparing the specs in between these 4 boxes, ZX, Z7+, Z8, Alpha.

Mostly all boxes have the same specs only some of them have less RAM, I read that the RAM are only needed if you do other things than MYTV, so my question is then why when you change channels the ZX is slower to compare to the Others ? same from the Z7+ to compare to the Z8 ?

Which component is making the difference ?
