Have used other android boxes, apps in the past and one feature that would add functionality to Z11pro max and MOL3 is moving channels in their respective menus. From what I understand right now to reorder channels I need to go into Content Manager and then long press OK and reorder. Why not have the ability to long press a channel in any menu and rearrange them. Specifically for me would be in the Favorites menu. Each night I like to group the sports games I will be watching and reorder the channels of those games all at the top of the Favorites menu (which could be up to 30-40 channels). Yes I can do it in content manager, but when a you are changing and moving channels throughout the night (one game is a blow out and not good to watch or one game starts at 7 and the other at 8:30 and another at 9, reordering channels in the main Favorites menu is a huge improvement versus going to the content manager and its 3-4 different paths to long press and hold to move the channel. Watching a channel, press ok to get the favorites menu up and then long press the channel to rearrange!

You already have this ability. Press the Groups button, scroll left twice, select Favorites, then long-press on a channel to move it. You do not need to use Content Manager.

We are a Formuler reseller and also a service provider. We have had several clients report the same problem...

When viewing the Favorites group in TV Series, series are listed with the text below, the gold star, but the cover art is missing/blank. See attached photo. The cover art is displayed when viewing the same series in the All group or in the other groups/categories. It's only in Favorites that it is missing. And when a new series is marked as a favorite, it has cover art in Favorites, but the others do not.

The most recent report is from a Z10

    Firmware is latest (10.10.52 Official)

    MOL2 is latest (10.10.59 Official)

Clearing MOL2 app cache does not help.

A factory reset seems to fix this, temporarily, but we had one client report that the problem returned after some time, even after a factory reset. We avoid factory resets if at all possible as we use a custom configuration and as a result cannot do a backup/restore, so all favorites are lost with a factory reset. TIA!

Has there been any progress on this? The problem is that any time a system requires a factory reset, the customer looses all of their favorites, progress within TV series episodes, viewing history, etc. We need to be able to backup this information before a factory reset.

    Thank you!

This appears to be a bug involving custom configurations. We are a dealer of Formuler devices and also a service provider. Our custom configuration was set up by our contact at Formuler - we did not select any options. When we apply our custom configuration to MOL3 on _ANY_ Z11 Pro Max (we don't use Z11 Pro), there is also no option for "Backup & Restore Options" in MOL3 --> Settings. Identical screen shot to the one posted by OP.

We have tried to factory reset - no change.

When we remove our custom configuration and reset, the "Backup & Restore Options" selection re-appears.

Please investigate. If we need to report this somewhere else, please just reply here.

    Thank you!

Also, sports streams and nature show streams often consume more bandwidth than other channels. A 1080p stream of a soccer/football match can consume 10 Mbps+, due to fast action a lots of changing color, while "normal" streams are often in the 3-5 Mbps range. So what you may be seeing is congestion or other problem between the datacenter and you/your ISP, such that streams that need 3-5 Mbps are happy while streams that need 8-10 MBps struggle.

We run a service and we frequently have to ask our DCs network engineers to take a look at the route between a particular DC or DCs and a particular ISP. They can usually find a better route from DC --> ISP. The end user cannot do this - the service provider makes this request.

If your provider is not responsive to your problem, look for another provider.

No, we are not going to mention here who we are or what our service is.

There is only one Bluetooth remote. It is referred to as BT1, BT-1, and GTV-BT1.

GTV has this remote included, as does the Z11 Pro Max BT1 Edition.

Z10, Z10 Pro, Z10 Pro Max, Z11 Pro, and Z11 Pro Max include the IR-1 remote.

The BT1 remote works with GTV and all Z10 and Z11 systems. Not sure about earlier models.

You can, for example, buy a Z10 and add a BT1 remote as a separate purchase.

    Cheers!

It appears that the default is 7 days and I don't see any option to change it. On the server side we keep 14 days of past EPG data so that we can have 14 days of Catch-Up. On MOL2 devices (e.g. Z10), we see all 14 days. On MOL3 we only see 7 days, which makes the prior 7 days of Catch-Up unavailable.

I have the same issue, ("This device is block!"), but it just started in the last week. It's a Z10 Pro Max and it has been in use since November 2022, and it worked until last Sunday (February 12, 2023). I bought it on Amazon U.S. and the return window has closed - I cannot return it. What should I do?

That was me that reported the copy/paste issue. That was not the issue here. I did both the copy/paste without the return character, and also setting up the portal manually using the on-screen keyboard and remote control.

I am getting the 1010 error with a Z11 Pro Max with all updates including the January 3, 2023 update to MOL3. The progress bar immediately goes to 5% and then immediately returns 1010 error. XC User ID/Password login. I run the service and have set up more than a thousand Formuler devices on my service.

    1) Quadruple-checked URL, User ID, and password.
    2) Set the User Id and Password on the panel and on the Z11 to "123" - same result.
    3) Deleted the portal and recreated - same result.
    4) Did a factory reset with all updates - same result.
    5) URL in a web browser on the Z11 returns correct result (Welcome to nginx), so not a DNS issue, and not an ISP block.
    6) Used IP in place of DNS name - same result.

Panel is XUI.one v1.5.5 stable. 1000+ Formuler devices working with no problem, including +/- 15 Z11's. I am stumped on this one. Set it up for Stalker portal (MAC) and it works, but we don't want to use MAC for security reasons.

    What am I missing?

Thanks to all for any suggestions you can lend. Cheers!

I had the Code: 1010 error with MOL3 via XC API. I set up a lot of Formuler devices and I always cut and paste the portal info. Turns out I had pasted the URL with a return at the end of the line. This showed up in the portal screen as a space after the URL. I deleted the space - still didn't work. I deleted the portal, added it again, pasting all of the same data (Name, URL, User ID, Password), this time without the <CR> at the end of the URL and it worked.
