Hi, check your wifi modem settings to see if the 2 bands are separate 2.4ghz and 5ghz, try to connect to the 5ghz it is the fastest frequency

So frustrating wasting money to buy new z11 pro and it's so buggy, who has time to read hundreds of blogs and troubleshoot. This should be recalled. z10 with mytv2 was the best. Mytv3 has been a nightmare
I personally have the Formuler Z11 Pro Max, there were just a few bugs at the beginning but with the updates everything is fine now, mol3 is awesome, in fact 2 months ago I sold my Z10 to get a second Z11 Pro Max. mol 3 is just great

you don't see your supplier if you have placed 2x the same VOD/SERIE from 2 different suppliers in Favorites.

yes in the favorites we don't see it, but before putting it in the favorites, you will look for the film or the series in the chosen directory or at the bottom right it is marked the suppliers, so just look before put it in favorites

You should read correctly...this happens indeed in the categories in the "submenu" EXCEPT IN "FAVORITE" and in "HISTORY"
A subcategory can only be from 1 provider at a time, but in Favorite and History, the VOD and series ze mixed from 2 providers, and there is no way to see which one comes from what provider.
strange, because I see my supplier displayed when I go to a subcategory, as I have 4 suppliers when I go to a category, it marks me at the bottom right the name of the supplier like that I see on which server am I on if I select the film or series

This a known issue with the BT1 see my post here on the forum to. Only thing you can do best is to put the Formuler box in standby and it keep go working. When you shutdown the box or start over the problems will start again, sometimes the remote is pairing/unpair etc over and over again. Problem with the firmware i guess.
personally I have the formulated z11 pro max case and I have no problem with the BT1 remote control, it never disconnects

Bonjour à tous, tout d'abord merci de m'avoir permis de rejoindre votre groupe. J'ai récemment acheté le Z11 Pro Max pour remplacer un stick A***n 4K et je dois dire que je suis ravi du ProMax11, une machine vraiment sympa et bien meilleure que mon ancien stick.
Cependant, j'ai des problèmes pour connecter ma télécommande BT1 au Z11 Pro Max. J'ai mis le Pro Max en mode ajout d'accessoires et j'appuie simultanément sur les touches Menu et ok et la télécommande ne clignote pas en blanc, j'ai essayé d'appuyer sur la touche menu juste avant la touche ok et inversement et toujours rien. Le seul voyant que j'obtiens est un voyant orange lorsque j'appuie d'abord sur la touche Menu mais s'éteint dès que j'appuie sur la touche ok. J'ai essayé de nouvelles piles et téléchargé l'application Formuler Remote qui m'indique simplement que la télécommande n'est pas connectée,
La télécommande fonctionne sur le Pro Max pour les actions normales à distance, mais ne passe tout simplement pas en mode couplage. Selon l'application, ma télécommande est déconnectée, je ne parviens donc pas à déterminer quel est le micrologiciel actuel de la télécommande.
J'ai testé la fonction Bluetooth sur le Pro Max en connectant avec succès une paire d'écouteurs sans aucun problème.
J'apprécierais vraiment toute aide que vous pourriez suggérer, car je dis que je suis ravi du Z11 Pro Max et que je l'ai configuré avec tout ce que j'avais sur mon ancienne clé et plus encore.

Almost all Beta testers reported good feedback in this private beta and no roll backs. My report to Formuler will follow tomorrow and Formuler will decide how fast the fix goes ota and available for all. Please await next update and install.

yes I know you had already contacted me lol, when it did to me I forgot to send the report, because I got angry and I removed the z10 pro max to put my z8 pro which with it I I've never had a problem :-/, I'm going to put my z10 back and when it still gives me the problem then I'll send the report, it's only been doing this for 3 months, before it's going great GOOD.

hello everyone, my z10 pro max often comes back to the home screen, I reset it at least ten times with the paperclip and also via the menu and nothing worked, I did all the updates that was asked... I don't know what to do anymore

did you try with ethernet cable instead of wifi?
There was a case that caused this because of bad internet speed quality; increasing the mol buffer to 10seconds helped.
try and see if it would make any difference in your case.

Ok, please let us stay in line to find fast the reason for this, we understand that this doesn`t happen on Z11 but only on your Z10. You also excludes the 4 different providers and protocol, ok let us see where this lead if your neighbour on two same subs doesn`t have same issues. This shows then only on your box.
Please do following, even if you tried already:
1. First check your Firmware and SW to see if last update installed.
2. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Mytvonline 2 and delete cache and data. Reboot the box, disconnect all optional devices from the box and test again.
if this doesn`t help.
3. First disconnect all USB and SD card devices from the box, keyboards etc. too.
Factory reset the box like in this video and make fresh install ->

Which protocol do you use (Stalker, XC Api, M3U) and do you have tested other protocol and new connect with your provider? Please test.

hello, when is an update for the live channel problem which puts an http 403 error which searches for a channel for 5 tries and which tells me to call my suppliers, when they have no problem on their server, and that's it done on my 5 servers that I have on the formulate z11 pro max, already factory reset at least 8 times and all the updates are installed

hello, no mytvonline is free and is part of the box, if it is not present just go to the market to download it

It could be also some problem that happens under some unusual configs. Factory reset helps in that case.
hello, I have the same problem with my z11 pro max, I have 4 servers and it's the same with the 4 servers, I've done at least 4 factory resets, tested on ethernet cable and on wifi, this n it's not due to my connection because all my other devices work flawlessly on ethernet as on wifi, I have a z8 pro and on that everything works flawlessly

I want to use it too, I paid $300 dollars for my Z11 Pro Max and it doesn't even have a working IPTV app! Unbelievable that I have to buy TiviMate still
I should've just bought an Orange Pi 5 if I'm gonna have to use 3rd party IPTV apps. And the Orange Pi 5 blows away the Z11 Pro Max for 1/2 the price.

well the problem is that the 11 pro max is young, it has these youthful bugs, I had the same problem with the 10 pro max and the 10 pro max after the updates now it's fine, you just have to wait and keep the bug forum current

STALKER error: A Network Error Has Occurred
For no reason at all, totally out of nowhere. Need to use StbEmu, TiviMate, and OTT Navigator instead of MOL3.

First do Mol3 data backup. Reinstall MOL3 or if not to much work, better factory reset the box.

The physical keyboard fix will be applied in the next release.
As a temporary workaround until the next software release, please set the Formuler remote option to off.

on the other hand, by deactivating formulate remote the 3 buttons at the bottom of the remote control no longer work so it doesn't suit me either, formulate would have to fix this, because on the z10 pro max everything worked nickel
