YouTube works perfectly for me what is the advantage of either of these? Am I missing something here

I am going to experiment as It may be an EA3C audio codec problem, it's VOD 3840x1920 resolution and plays no problem on my iPhone

Not an audio codec problem just a problem with the device not able to play this resolution

My provider has VOD content that is 3840 x 1920 and my formuler z11 pro max won't play any of them I have even tried external players like VLC, MX player with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can play these

Z11pro max for over a year I use stalker portal and have had zero issues with the exception of Amazon Prime video app not working

The QR code option isn't there like the android version

Is there no way to export your settings like there is for Android so that all the portal settings just transferred to your iOS

well after trying a number of differernt apk files still no luck so i suppose i wait for an update

thanks for all your help it is appreciated for sure, but i still get the "something went wrong" message when trying to play any movies yet live tv seems to work. This app was working fine until about 4 days ago then just stopped working, i thopught it may be my account but it works on my smart tv, my tablet, my phone etc no problem.

anyone else using the amazon prime app on the z11 pro max having issues? it starts fine but will not play videos it simply says cannot play right now with a link to their help page. the app works fine on all my other devices. i have uninstalled it rebooted and reinstalled with the same results, any suggestions

I can't seem to get my z11 pro max to display at 4k 120hz. The tv is high end Samsung real

120 Hz and I'm using quality HDMI 2.1 Cable directly connected to tv. The highest option available in display settings on the box is 4k 60hz. Any suggestions?
