Like i already wrote, i see it as provider issue and this was on plenty tests from me shown as provider issue. How ever formuler devs. try even this to optimise if they can, but at end low provider ressources or hick ups can not even fix the best code.
why is it provider issue when same provider working perfect with z8 but not with z10 and z11

Display MoreAll I did, tried all suggestions and did some in depth testing too, unfortunately the issue persists.
Also did a factory reset, disconnected WiFi and connected via Ethernet, nothing helps.
Did done a recording, and did send the recording to Formuler support where the roll-back is very clearly visible.
Anyone more suggestions, what else can be done to resolve this issue?
Is there still a possibility that the problem is related to my server instead of my box?

Since many report to have these issues with the Z10 and Z11 shouldn't we address this then to the company Formuler itself?

Can someone do me a favour if they have the bt voice remote, can you try youtube with the voice search and see if you get a blank screen? Everytime I go to use the voice search my screen goes blank and the only way to get it back on is to restart the box (z11 pro max) if someone could check I would really appreciate it

Server restart could help or freeing more resources on Provider side. Depends all with who you are speaking, reseller or directly with Provider. Reseller must also ask first too.

I did and it had the same stutter in the same channels (tested it simultaneously). Was the same provider, only other reseller and other serverurl. All the directories and channels where the same, because it was the same iptv provider.
Does someone have some advice for the rollbacks? These occur also in the daytime. I already set buffer time to long and AFR off, change dns, ethernet cable and wifi etc.

Locate “Build” and press to select that 7 times and developer mode will be activated
Then exit back to Device Preferences and scroll almost to the bottom of the list and you’ll see Developer Options

Aside from that, yes there is an option for “others” within the developer menu for Z11 series, however I’m not sure of that in the Z10 series.
Have you entered developer mode? If so and the others option doesn’t appear, it’s likely that isn’t available.
Marchella shows screenshots from z10 pro max and it shows others, but i cant find it, how i enter to developer mode?
I believe Sam mentioned “others” in context of other members providing tips and tricks. Not an actual setting named “others”

Very important is not to change in developer mode something what you not know or was not suggested from others who tested enough. Some changes can make the box unstable.

I just checked on marketplace on the F z 8 box and the Ookla speedtest version 4.1.9 is on there but not on the marketplace on the f z10 pro max. I think they must be having a problem with this app working on the F10 pro max now it used to work till last update. Hoping somebody can figure it out why it used to work and now doesn't and why it isn't in the market place on the f 10 box?

Hi,SP, I just had the same experience as you. Whole folders without channels i.e. UK,FR,ITA etc.Restarting did not solve the problem, but turning the box (z10pro) off and reconnecting to portal did!
I already contacted my provider about no channel,-empty folder- of UK,so i do not know for sure if they did something from their side?
I dont think its a problem from provider, because i have same provider on my z8 and there is no problems with missing channels
Sometimes i have same issue on my z10 pro max. Channels disapears. I have same sub on my z8 and there everything works fine. Sometimes it help to restart z10 than all channels coming back
Try to change to wifi and see if it helps

I am having a weird issue on the new Hotfix where my channels at times just disappear. Seems more when I switch to VOD then go back to live TV I have to basically clear cache & restart the box for them to reappear. But I’ve also just closed MOL2 and reopened and some channels disappear. Super weird, not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but wanted to bring it up in case. Thanks for the help

When changing from MyTVOnline2 to the main Android menu and back to MyTVOnline2 it takes about ten seconds to switch back to MyTVOnline2. Before this Beta the switchback was instantly. During the switchback a blank grey screen is being displayed.
