Remove any external storage connected to your Formuler. Reboot the Formuler and check again.
Are you able to install any apps from the Market or Play Store?
Yes, I have enabled it multiple times , but it doesn't work. I first thought it was an error with the USB drive (SanDisk 32GB / NTFS) but since the normal recording works fine, I don't know what it could be.

Check which key is mapped to the mute function on your remote using the Formuler remote app. The default key is the four-dots hotkey.
Press the mute hotkey and check the sound again.
Make sure the TV volume is up and make sure the Formuler volume is up.
On Mol3 when guide is selected and displayed on screen is there a way to enable left or long left on the remote so it displays the channel groups?
It isn't possible from a navigation perspective since pressing left is supposed to move the cursor to the left in the guide view (to view past guide data).
It will pick up this channel through windows when scanned, but not on android
Get the frequency data of the channel from the windows app.
Try to perform a manual scan of this frequency using MYTVOnline 3

Seems like a button is stuck on the remote.
Try to press all of the buttons on the remote one-by-one to find the stuck button and try to un-stick it.
Remove the IR extender cable and try again. The IR extender cable is optional and shouldn't be used in most installations
Sure this could be the case but it’s an app specific issue for sure . My provider allows multiple connections at the same time and I have seen it work normally on the android app. This app also works well on M1 iPad Pro, there are some sync issues but nothing that bad. I get the “An error occurred: -1” on all VOD and most channels when playing on 16pro max and m4 iPad Pro
Are your results different when trying to play VOD using Cellular data vs. home WiFi?
MYTVOnline3 (MOL3) does not supplement ATSC guide data using online sources. The guide data contained in the transport stream (PSIP) is the only source of guide (EPG) data that can be displayed in MOL3.
The new channel (26) may be an ATSC 3.0 (NextGen TV) channel. If this is the case, your existing tuner probably doesn't have the capability to tune it.

Here is another question for everyone. Does the Hauppauge WinTv Dual Tuner actually record one off air channel while watching another channel? It appears the 955Q only is one tuner so if this is true then the dual tuner would be the best one to purchase. I most likely will purchase the WinTv dual tuner with the ability of doing 2 tuners anyhow. Sad that Hauppauge doesn't have a 3.0 version available for purchase.
Yes. IIRC the Dual Tuner model can record a channel from one transponder and watch another channel from a different OTA transponder.
With the single tuner models you can also watch one and record another channel but only on the same transponder.

Make sure the batteries are fresh. Check the battery orientation and make sure they are inserted correclty. Press some buttons on the remote and check to see if the amber color light is flashing on the remote. This will confirm if the remote is dead or not.
Once you confirm the remote is not DOA: press and hold the OK and menu button at the same time until the white light starts to flash.

The box is factory reset and updated. I don't have a router, but the internet comes from a fiber optic splitter. I have 250Mb up and down.

I admit my reason for recommending the tv reset is only based on the results of your trials and not previous experience or knowledge of your specific issues. I have never encountered the issue you are reporting before. Therefore there is a possibility the tv reset will not solve the no sound issue.
One other thing you could try is to pair some BT earphones/buds/pods to your Formuler to see if the sound is reproduced when playing any media file.
Ive tried it now and the sound is working on my other TV. My wife told me that our toddler grabbed the formuler remote and after that the sound disappeared. So what could it be? Some setting that takes away the sound? It didnt work in none of the HDMI input so thats weird.

Based on your observations after connecting the Formuler to a different TV there is a high possibility that some setting in the original TV's settings was changed. Check all menus related to audio in the TV's menu system. If all else fails, reset the TV as recommended by another user.
Everything works fine so far so good. Only thing sometimes its keeps buffering, but i guess when watching tv and the box is on and you turn the app on its stuttering, can't watch it together?
Depends on if your service provider allows multiple connections.
If you turn off the box and the problem goes away then you know where the issue is coming from.
Anyone find it odd that the free app can show multiple day epg but the z11 can only show 24 hours

I just had a quick question regarding the iOS app and new update. So basically, I appreciate Formuler for bringing this new update to let you import the IPTV source via QR code. However, the problem after importing and refreshing the feed, I have been having issues with viewing the content, it continuously shows “An error occurred: -1” for live streams; “No Data” under VOD description page; and similar error as live stream under VOD player.
I would appreciate any help and support.
Maybe your provider doesn't allow multiple connections at the same time using the same account? Try to talk to your provider about it.
Also try turning off your Formuler box and then refresh the content list in MOL+ and see if the issues persist.
I did that yesterday and the message popped up again today.

Yes, eMMC has a finite write Program-Erase cycles. The endurance of the eMMC comes into question when saving the timeshift file to internal memory since it is constantly writing and erasing data while you're watching a channel.
Better to timeshift on an external memory device to prolong the usable lifetime of your Formuler.
Can you share a photo of the error you are seeing?
