What is the maximum internet speed on the Z10 Pro Max 100 or 1000M? I had 1000 when I bought it but today I only have 100. What's going on?

What's going on?
Check your Router and restart Router and Box.

The box is factory reset and updated. I don't have a router, but the internet comes from a fiber optic splitter. I have 250Mb up and down.
Still only 100 MbtsThe ethernet port your Pro Max is connected to or the Ethernet cable your are using only supports 100M.
