    It's the best box so far. Ans yes, it need some updates. But every tv box, pc, tv, phones, tablets and cars etc need updates. So also Z12.

    If you have netflix 4k subscription or disney plus they have some movies with dolby vision.

    If you have it you can test it on tv.

    I have tv subscription with dolby vision movies in it.

    I like it, but some people not, cause they find it to yellow or to grey the screen with dolby vison. Every brand has other settings. Set it to how tou want it.

    Had to run ethernet via a TP Powerline, but connection is stable @ 100mbps. All working OK....only time will tell if I get any disconnects. How will I know when the wifi disconnect update you mentioned is available ?

    Some Z12 devices have wifi and ethernet disconnect problems.

    I don't have it all?? But last was there a beta update to fix that and many other things that were fixed and improved!

    But later they found a bug in the beta so they toke it offline.

    I believe soon will a new beta or maby direct a final version online.

    Wil be mentioned by SAM. We just have to wait and have some patience.

    Recently replaced my old Beelink gt king with the Z12 Ultra. What a great upgrade! However, on occasion I lose wifi connection even though I have excellent signal strength (according to the box) it does reconnect very quickly though.

    Is this a known issue or do I need to check/change any settings?

    There is an wifi and ethernet issue si far i know on some boxes. I don't have any of them. They know about it. There is coming an update. Please be patience.

    Try ethernet cable or give wifi on box a static ip. If you know how. Cable is always stable connection with no droppings.

    I too am suffering from this rebooting issue on my Z12, on WiFi (can’t get an Ethernet cable to my location), it hits at various times. I had nothing extra loaded other than what came from factory and reboots happened (nothing in USB ports either, just HDMI and power plugged in). I tried with ExpressVPN turned off and on, no diff. I loaded TiviMate (which is easier to use than MyTV3 imo), same thing, random reboots. Looked for the beta that supposedly fixes the issue and it’s still not up. I need a fix soon otherwise I have to return to Amazon. Shame, it shows a lot of promise.

    I have 2 providers, both on a years sub. The first one has an expiry date 1 year from when I paid for it. The other is set on a rolling monthly basis. For the first few months it worked OK, but then it stopped auto-updating. I now have to contact my provider every month to ask him to manually update my sub. It's very frustrating, as he sometimes does it within a few hours, & sometimes takes days. He has told me that it's a problem at his end.

    They should have some wrong string in the date expire script. Who nows.

    Here in my country a friend bought new z11 pro max bt1. And she had same problem. I posted the pictures on the forum. I can update my box, another friend can update his box too. But in my country are 6+ internet providers. I'm gonna ask which one she have.

    On forum they adviced to make hotspot on phone then. Cause isp could have blocked the update url.

    Or try it with vpn? Connect to netherlands or other country?

    Since 1 or 2 weeks many users with Z8 cannot load VOD and series the list is empty, but live channels work fine.

    Also, now they are unable to launch trailers as YouTube stopped to work on those devices and you did not update MOL2 in Z8 the same way as on Z10 series (update of 2 and 3 December 2025) to implement the use of SmartTube to see the trailers, as well, the 3rd October version of SmartTube 30.56 or better the last stable is not in the market for Z8 but is well in the Market for Z10 series

    Another thing to update in MOL2 for Z8 series is the Opensubtitles.org -> to opensubtitles.com migration just the same as it had been implemented already in MOL2 on Z10.

    I hope that Formuler will adress those problems quickly on the Z8/Z8pro that are not so old and were high-end and expensive products.

    If you go to settings in smarttube, the information, and switch updat popup on it should give you popup when update is available.

    Wait for update please. I thought there is coming one update for z8. But when?? I don't know. It's almost or already lagacy device.

    Sorry I don't think I explained it very well.

    I do back out of mol3 before it goes into standby.

    This issue never occurred until I installed the beta and a restart or powering down the box is the fix which I never had to do previously.

    Now you explained it good.

    Beta is always on your own risk to install.

    That's why the place always the warning together with a beta version. A beta can contains always errors.

    Just wait for next beta or the final.

    And in future my friend, best is to only install final versions. Beta is for testers.


    You can make in mytvonline3 an backup with usb from settings and portals.

    Remove mytvonline3

    Restart box

    Via formuler update you can install mytvonline3 again and import backup data from usb.

    I have a problem with my Z12 Ultra. Every time I turn off the box, it doesn't turn on. I have to unplug it and restart it to be able to turn it on again. Can anyone help me?

    Can you put on your tv with the Formuler remote?

    Did you already changed the batteries in? Alkaline?

    I don't know if it's been noted or if anyone else on the beta has this problem

    When I turn off the TV for the night and the Z12 is left on standby, when I come to watch anything on mol3 the next time the the picture is stuttery and the only fix seems to be a restart.

    If I have the Z12 set to power off then the picture is fine when the box boots up.

    Hope I've explained that ok.

    Some iptv providers throw you out after 4, 6 or 8 hours if you are not changing channel within that time.

    But your provider not, maby it slowdowns speed to save bandwith. Maby other technology what they use. I don't know.

    Mostly changing channel is okay and if not just restart MYTVonline3/refresh and or restart box.

    If i let mytvonline3 on at night, i got the follow day black screen. The throwed me out automatically.

    If i change channel i got automatic connected again. Some providers have that sort technology.

    Others you need to reconnect/restart. I got 5 providers. At 4 of them i can change channel and it works again. Other got not that function and do i need to refresh or restart box.

    I prefer restart box. Fresh start.

    In order to prevent the box crashing when refreshing multiple providers/portals with huge content (each) I would like to see the option to set a refresh time per portal.

    That will enable me to stagger each refresh at a different time.
    So just make an extra menu option per portal where one can set the refresh time individually or can choose for the option to choose a simultaneous refresh time.

    Why have so much content? The countries you don't watch, you can deactivate them in Contentmanager and or contact your providers to remove the countries you don't watch. That's why it takes a long time to refresh all your content and epg.


    Why have asia, africa and russia if you don't look at it? (Example)


    I have 5 portals. Just my home country and usa on each portal. Very fast refreshing and epg updating. I contacted provider to remove all my countries except my homecountry and usa. Then i removed myself all the usa newsgroups. Only usa with Discovery channels and usa general.

    After a factory reset, the Netflix app is missing. How can I get it back? The app is missing from the Play Store, and the app is marked as incompatible.

    Netflix don't certified Formuler boxes.

    So you can't find it in the playstore.

    Pleae use netflix on your tv. All tv's has almost netflix. And if your tv supports 4k and you have a 4k subscription on netflix you get 4k on your tv screen.


    If your tv hasn't netflix, then you can download it from the formuler market app, BUT it's only useble with mouse and keyboard. And showing only hd.

    Had NordVPN and had problems with W11 and email. Switched to Surfshark.
    No problems in W11 and works perfectly on Z12.

    Offtopic: I have no problems at all on Windows 11 25H2 and email with nordvpn etc.

    But on topic: thanks for being honest and telling surfshark is fine for you.

    Since3 years ago when i bought z11 always used wifi,never any problems,never felt the need for ethernet connection:winking_face:

    Btw Formuler makes a political statement on its main page,so i think individual members are allowed to underscore this statement?

    Whick vpn you use? Nordvpn? Fastest server is enough with a standard vpn.

    I have also 1 gig here. With vpn it's different. Then i got 800mb, then 250. Then 180.

    But no stuttering here.

    you can login on your router yes, maby lower firewall security.

    I’m serious thinking it is a problem with the player because I can load it using ibo player pro, but also strange is on my iPhone the mytvonline+ works fine and I can load the movies..🙄

    Try to play a vod movie. If it fails you try another one. If that onw fails too.

    Press home button. Go to cogwheel, select "help center", click report problem, you see screen to report a problem, left side above you see tracking number, note that please, click on send logs.

    Write down here in forum thread tracking number and write that vod's not load.


    Tag sam and f_peter by typing @ and then direct there username and click on there name.

    Carving down the amount of catagories in the playlist worked well so far, EPG seems great now.

    So you contacted your provider and let them remove the countries you didn't watch?

    You see it helps. Great right? I do it always. Contact them and say, please remove all countries from my subscription please. Except belgium, uk and netherlands ad example.

    Much shorter tv list you have. Faster loading subscription, faster epg, faster content update.

    I did resolved my prob. with provider account in my z10 i was using the old way to apply the url and never work well until i found i had to use my //

    user name and password in lower end

    Now i have a problem with hrs not matching my channel listing i have the good time on my box but the schedule time is 7hrs different?How to fix that?

    Open mytvonline 2, menu, connections, edit your portal and set at epg offset first +7 and then click update button on bottom.

    Check your guide again.

    If not good, do the same and the - 7 hours.

    Play with it.


    Oh and your time and date on your box are correct in android settings?

    Provider proved me his exp dates are correct.

    I have got my box on a refresh every day but still dates are not corresponding.

    When the exp date on the box has matured the stream wil end and i have to contact provider again every month to have the date move 30 days after we both do a reset

    I think your provider needs to do a reset. Not you. All my 5 portals are fine with the date.

    So had nothing to do with you.

    If you have after month no more image, refresh then. Still no image?

    Then ask reset account and maby new credentials.

    No, let me explain.

    I HAVE a regular xtream codes connection with my source.
    I don't like the layout and viewer apps are too difficult to organise with. So I use IPTVBoss to reorganise my source. They output an m3u. They CAN output xc again but only to a server that has to be on all the time. I can't leave my computer on all the time.
    So, if I go with the m3u, mytvonline3 is the only app of all the ones I've tried that won't read the EPG even as a separate xml. I don't know why. Every other app can.

    Some providers can also sort the groups from the countries. But it's a lot of work. So the most won't fo that.

    The only thing that i can advice is to contact your provider and let them REMOVE the countries you don't watch. As example: if you only watch Italy and France, then you can let remove Russia, asia, usa, uk, etc etc.

    Faster loading portal, channels and epg.

    Why use the whole package (world) when you only watch to some countries?

    Ok... just realised that in this case it's a little different. Because my m3U is a dropbox url where I have an output from IPTVBoss that connects to a url that hosts my info about my edited source/epg. I'll ask them if there are details I can use for this output like a regular m3u

    Ask then for an xtream codes connection.

    My my3online app restarts randomly when i play media from my iptv provider (not the live channels) It closes 100 percent of the time on first start of any media. its usually okay then after it has restarted. it does sometimes restart if i try fast forward the media too, anyone else have a similar issue?

    No not all.

    But i had first when i play a movie with dolby atmos thruehd from my nas in my local network with novaplayer or vlc player and i fast forward the movie, the sound begon to scratch and after 10 seconds strange colors and reboot.

    I use now only kodi. No more problems.

    The beta update is offline, but comes again. Maby this week. I will be announced and i advice if it is there, please install it.

    So keep an eye on the forum those days please. Maby it fix your problems my friend.

    I know we don't get updates anymore on this device or on mytvonline3, but is anyone else finding EPGs no longer sync from sources? Other apps work fine but for some reason with the same login info, ytvonline3 refuses to show me EPG.
    Anyone seen this or know why it happens?

    I've tried:

    - unplugging and replugging the device
    - deleting the cache on MyTVOnline3
    - deleting the sources and re-adding them.
    - clearing and updating the EPG

    Mytvonline3,Contentmanager,contentsources, select your subscription, click on pencil (change),

    play with epg offset. It’s mosly - 1 hour or + 1 hour and then on bottom click on update And check your epg my friend.

    I think you use xtream codes? Url, password and username?

    Correct, mol3 is mytvonline3.

    So you have problems with movies and series to load/play.


    Normally is a refresh fine. But at your side is the problem staying.


    try to change dns.

    Go to android settings, cogwheel, then click on internet/ethernet, scroll to bottom, select private dns, private dns hostname, select quad9, it's should be saved, restart box (not standby, but reboot.

    And manual refresh subscription and try again with vod now.


    And if that not work, make backup in mytvonline3 settings on usb.

    Remove mytvonline3

    Restart box.

    Install mytvonline3 via formuler market (green logo app with white trolly)

    Install mytvonline3.

    Open mytvonline3

    And than on bottom in mytvonline3 menu you can restore your settings.

    Do a manual refresh again for sure.

    Mytvonline3, menu, Contentmanager, contentsources, renew.
