    I have a Formuler Z11 Pro Max, and my old provider apparently no longer exists, and I can no longer reach it. They have blocked the creation of portals. I've already performed a hardware reset to factory settings, but I still can't create a new portal. What should I do?

    Go to Settings > Storage & Reset on your Z11.
    If a block is installed, you will see an option to "Check for configuration update".
    Highlight the configuration line, then press the 0 (zero) button 10 times on your remote. This will perform a factory reset and remove the block.

Here are the options I have in settings: -Set your device name -Network and internet -Accounts and sign-in -Apps -Device Preferences -Remote and accessories In device preferences, I do have: At the end of the menu, there's a Factory reset option, but when I select it, it asks me for a code. I don't know what it is, probably 0000, or what happens immediately after entering it. I've already done a factory reset and lost all my installations and configuration. I can't even find the Netflix app in the Google Play store anymore. Maybe I'm missing something.

    You need to go to Homemenu ,via Homemenu button,go to the far right by navigating with right arrow to cogwheel,go to 2nd page by navigating there_ do not press OK button when you are on the cogwheel(settings)-but navigate with arrow to Helpcenter,when you are there,press right arrow once,and the second page will show up (Network storage,power mode,power and the all important system info.)

    From there on check the configuration menu entry as described in previous posts and apply the ten times 0(zero) procedure.

    If your box is Provider Box or Molcfg installed from them, then is your Box blocked. In this case you have to do it like Lucky wrote.

    If you can not see "Check for configuration update" then is the box not blocked.


    Please check following:

    At the home screen open the Command Center by navigating to the "gear icon" in the top right of the screen. The "System Info" is located on the second page of the Command Center. If molcfg installed, you should see "Check for configuration update" -> Highlight without pressing OK -> now press the 0 (zero) button 10 times on your remote (please count). This will perform a factory reset and remove the block.

    Just for Info. Please note this method is not same like normal factory reset, because normal factory reset doesn`t delete the Provider configuration and in most cases you can not even FR if set from provider.

    After a factory reset, the Netflix app is missing. How can I get it back? The app is missing from the Play Store, and the app is marked as incompatible.

    Netflix don't certified Formuler boxes.

    So you can't find it in the playstore.

    Pleae use netflix on your tv. All tv's has almost netflix. And if your tv supports 4k and you have a 4k subscription on netflix you get 4k on your tv screen.


    If your tv hasn't netflix, then you can download it from the formuler market app, BUT it's only useble with mouse and keyboard. And showing only hd.
