Can be provider related. Some countries are laggy. Try it also on other app like smarter or so.
Or try use a good vpn.

Hello, now and then i have a weird bug. No VOD list shows up but a Monkey emoji😂 after refreshing the portal it works normal again. I have send report see pictures below.
Is also sometimes on z11. Mostly after refresh it's back yes. But not always then provider is working on vod or so. Nothing to worrie about. (I think)

Having had connection issues I did a factory restet on my Z10SE, had trouble with the supersafevpn application downloading but not allowing me to connect so downloaded NordVpn and all fine.
MyTvonline 2 installed and connected to my account no problemstreaming live tv SD channels is fine but no sound on HD channels nor on TV Series or VOD. (picture is fine) I get invited to download an external codec which when I do and all reboots nothing works at all, channels simply buffer and TV & VOD can’t play
I can't find any alternative audio optimizer to download can anyone help
Audio Optimizer is in the green market from formuler.
Audio Optimizer. But should.not be needed if you downloaded codec already.
Or make backup from mytvonline with usb in the settings.
Remove mol2.
Reboot box.
Install mol2 from market app (green logo)
Then audio optimizer and run it one time.
Import in mytvonline your backup

I use the one I already had.
Always use the delivered hdmi cable with the box.
(Or you must know the hdmi specs of your own cable.)
Likely yours was too old.

Z nano has old android version. 4.4 i though.
No apps runs anymore cause low android version.
Buy a Z11 Pro max bt1, or formuler GTV or Z12.
Put apk on usb stick.
Put it in device.
Run media browser
Search for usb.
Click on apk.
But im 100% sure it wont work.
It's a lagacy and very old device.
Minimum android version those days is 7 till 9. For installing apk.

Yes, it did. It was only happened when I was in Classic Setting. But now as I said it disappeared when I moved the HDMI cable.
Did you use for the Z12 the hdmi cable from the box itself what was delivered with the box?

Appreciate the help. I need a marketplace app for family who turn their box on and use MyTvOnline only. AKA no knowledge of sideloading, how to sign in to google play store, no way they can enable unauthorized app settings.
Download .apk file.
Put it on usb with laptop or pc.
Put it in box. Open it and install it.

If you see your bug(s) fixed in first post. I advice to install it.
Otherwise wait for final. But mostly of the time the beta stays the same as final version.

Is there a way to get a marketplace app updated?
Do we request somewhere on this page or to Formuler.
Would like to get Surfshark updated. Fabulous app for the boxes. It's not on the same build version. 2.8.4.5 is in the marketplace. They are now at 3.22.
Some users aren't tech savvy enough to use Google play store. It has to be logged with Gmail. Which is a slow process without a keyboard.
Really enjoy that Formuler gives us the marketplace to make things easy. It's important for VPNs to be updated.

Dear users I had the z10pro always a good product but no Dolby vision with kodi en hdr10
The upgrade to the 12 pro plus looks like a great step forward but indeed it is fast but I also experience reboots very often.
I try everything like suggested above, but the device keeps randomly rebooting..
But after done reading and testing I found out that the problem is hdmi switching when using mytvonline 3, the 12 pro is Connect to amplifier and I found out if I start mytvonline watching TV and then switch to another source and switch back the 12 pro reboots. I can repeat this every time.
If I close my tvonline completely( so no background ) and do the same it never reboots.
So the problem is my tv online 3, the same equipment but then with the z10 pro on the same hdmi port / cable no problem at all.
Also with kodi 4K dolby vision / Atmos playing movie on the z12 pro and switch to a diverent source no problems.
So something with hdmi switching and mytvonline 3 is causing 200% the problem.
I hope you can fix it because then it is the best box on the market, fast and picture and audio great

no the last official firmware is from jan 2025 but I have put 1339 code on firmware section and i want to know if the last firmware is better (even though is beta)

Pigging backing onto this topic as I posted a new thread asking about updating apps in marketplace. Older users do not have the knowledge/patience to sign into google play store.
VPNs are very important to have updated. Not that is has to be every version. Is there a way to get the most used VPNs updated? Nord, Surfshark, Express, PIA....
Nordvpn is so good, that you can download the .apk file from there website.
Surfshark, express and pia i don't know.
And yes, it's great idea to check that Formuler every month update apps in Market.
But because the are are small company and make most time for updates, checks and checking error logs.

Been playing with this box for a few hours set up MOL3 and installed additional apps Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV, Plex etc etc and box itself seems fine I have a 77” LG C4 Tv with a Sonos arc ultra soundbar with the rear speakers and the sub etc connected via hdmi arc loaded up Apple TV the gorge film and boom Dolby vision and Dolby atmos came up on screen so was happy there but load prime video and Disney+ etc what has Dolby atmos content and wether I’m missing something or not a cannot get anything Dolby atmos from those apps, loaded a plex 4k movie and boom that loaded Dolby vision and Dolby atmos fine but seems a can’t get Disney+ or prime to give out atmos audio anyone else reflect any light on this or ewt

Be sure you have in android settings at sound options (hdmi audio) on, and automatic sound options on.
I have an lg tv which supports it all. No soundbar. But it works here. Just wanna let you know it my friend cragg88

Lucky, I have never adjusted in Nord settings, I just logged in and chose my preference country for Netherlands. I also like the fact that if you decide to restart the Z12 Nord automatically still connects you to existing settings.
It always connect also at my side to fastest server netherlands.
I deactivate on z12 the postquantum security layer.
And protocol is automatic since this week. Now it works fine.
But if i exclude (splittunneling) an app it reconnects but that for long time.
It's nordvpn problem in combination with Android 12 they said.
Force stop it and open it and then It's direct connected.
For the rest always fast connnection and no problems. Only if i splittunneling an app.

Lucky, he use/buy the small remote. There is one without (02F9) and this works directly with Z7, the other one that he buy is with (02F9) and this have other commands. Im not sure if this one was supported with Z7 firmware, on Z8 Series yes. Don`t have here the (02F9) to test.

The remote for the z7 or z7 5g is the one in the picture.
If you pull out the power adapter and put in in again it should start automatically i thought. Just like the gtv, z10, z11, z12 etc.
And with the remote on my picture you should get the box on.
And if the one you have now don't work, try other. But i thought it are the same ir codes.

Here same, no problems so far, only if i open nordvpn and splittunneling a app.
Then the reconnect to country is hopeless.
I force stop nordvpn and then open it again and it connects directly. So i don't have to restart box.
I found out myself to set the protocol to nordwhisperer protocol. It helps when you use post quantum for extra security.
Otherwise use automatic protocol and deactivate the postquantum extra security.

My device keeps crashing at 10%. I have factory reset the device several times now with no change to the outcome. Once mytvonline 2 7.15.5 firmware is downloaded and all relevant information has been added, etc, the same problem occurs over and over again, without a change in the outcome.
Are your credentials correct?
Test also on your mobile phone.
Download mytvonline on phone and check if it works your subscription.

I have just got a Z11 pro max and have issues with Nas also, when nord vpn is off z11 connects no problem to nas and as soon as I re-establish the vpn on the z11 the nas connection disconnects, I tried split tunneling sevices in nord vpn in fact I've split tunneling every service and z11 still want mount to nas when vpn is up,

Same here, i mount nas after nordvpn is connected via android menu right corner.
it now stays on cause i set it from shutdown to standby the box.

There are also streams that are true progressive 25 fps, meaning the picture is originally smooth and not interlaced — exactly as you would see it on an official set-top box.
In this case, playback on MyTVOnline should be perfectly smooth as well, without any stutter, but unfortunately that’s not what happens on the Z12 Ultra. This shows that the issue isn’t only related to deinterlacing, but rather to incorrect frame-rate handling within MyTVOnline3.You say it very well. My english is not so good as yours, but i know there is also a function in android settings somewhere.
At image section or so and that android change play video as same framerate. Will have a look for precisely steps. Maby it helps.
Edit: cogwheel upper right corner, device preference, display and sound, match content framerate, switch to on.
I have 4 different subscriptions and there are a lot of 50fps standard streams in my country Holland. 1920x1080 hd 50 fps. Also without afr on😀

Hi everyone,
I recently bought the Formuler Z12 Ultra and ran into a pretty serious issue.
In MyTVOnline, the regular info bar shows 50fps when switching channels. That would be great – but when pressing the Info button twice, the extended info overlay in the bottom-left corner shows the actual framerate, and it’s consistently only 25fps.
The picture confirms it: motion is clearly choppy, with visible combing effects. It looks like MyTVOnline simply does not perform deinterlacing, even though the stream is flagged as 50fps.
I’ve tested multiple portals, different settings, different channels – same result every time.
So my question to the community and the Formuler team:
Is this a known bug? A missing feature? Or is MyTVOnline on the Z12 Ultra really not doing any deinterlacing at all?
Right now, live TV is basically unusable for anything that should display 50fps smoothly.
Any feedback or clarification would be appreciated.
This issue urgently needs attention, because the box cannot deliver proper live TV in its current state.

Anyway,
In mytvonline 3 menu, go to settings, player options and turn on AFR.
If i press 2 times on info on a lower hd channel, i see also 1280x720 25.0fps.
But in the channel name stand at the end hd and 50fps.
So should be good.

For the past few days I have found in essentially all channels that the stream pauses for a few seconds every 35-45 seconds. This is with and without using a VPN. This occurs on all 4 of my Formuler Z11 Pro Max devices. My first assumption is that it's my provider (Lemo) so I've reach out to them, but might there be any settings that I can adjust to try to improve this at the device level?
Try in mytvonline3 set buffer to long.
Shutdown z11.
Reboot router
When router is up and running start box.

Good afternoon friends, I'm having problems with Stremio on my Z12 Ultimate because when I change the subtitle color (e.g., yellow is my favorite), it always stays white. On the Z11, I could change the subtitle color. Is anyone else having the same problem or does anyone know how to change the subtitles to yellow? Thank you all in advance.

Edit: on Z11 Pro Max i can change subtitle color. I did green. And i saw green subtitles.
On Z12: subtitles also green.
If you open settings in stremio, then playback, textcolor, green and THEN CLICK ON CHOOSE. Otherwise he don't save it.
Maby you forget that. We all are humans right?
If not help uninstall and reinstall or so. On my Z11 and Z12 green subs for the test.

I have recently noticed that MyOnline 3 all of a sudden restarts by itself when searching in Series, Starting a movie... it happens more frequently (once a day) now. Is there a fix? It does not happen with my 11 Pro Max just with new 12 Ultra
What did you tried already?
Remove cache from mol3?
Or make backup via mol3 menu on usb.
Remove mytvonline3
Reboot device!
Update software so mytvonline3 is going to be installed.
Import via mol3 menu your backup.
Try again and let us know my friend

That's it. This list is just a sample but there are more channels from the RTP broadcaster that also don't play on MYTV but do on GSEiptv or on the browser. The codec seems the same as others. It's not a VPN issue. I tried with a standard portuguese ISP and throught VPN servers. Thank you for your help.
I did test it only with mytvonline3 on the Z11 and on my android phone.
Will test it later today with other app and check codecs or differents

M3u file works only if you download it and put in root of usb and load it with mytvonline3.

Hi. There is a portuguese m3u list that contains the free over-the-air channels. However the channels from the portuguese national broadcaster don't play on MYTV 2 on my Z10 neo or on MYTVonline app (both iOS and Android). This is one of those channels. I watch it with no problem on GSE IPTV app or even on the browser:

When i type this in Contentmanager in mytvonline3 i have no channels.
Also not without the "s" in https.
When i load the m3u file what you placed on forum it loads 7 channels and 4 are working.

Channel:
1 RTP 1: please try again, error, unreconizedInputFormatException.
Edit: imported for 2nd time: an error occurated: ParserException.
2 RTP 2: same error
Edit: 2nd time: parser error also. (Had changed vpn to portugal. Now to belgium and get UnreconizedImputFormatException again.
3 Sic: works fine
4 Tvi: works fine
5 Rtp noticas: same error
6 sic noticas: works fine
7 cnn portugal: works fine
