My device keeps crashing at 10%. I have factory reset the device several times now with no change to the outcome. Once mytvonline 2 7.15.5 firmware is downloaded and all relevant information has been added, etc, the same problem occurs over and over again, without a change in the outcome.

Are your credentials correct?
Test also on your mobile phone.
Download mytvonline on phone and check if it works your subscription.

Which Protocol is in use is more important to know, (Stalker MAC/ID, XC Api with login data or M3U playlist). How ever 10% is absolute block or deny from Provider to load the channel list. Please check your credentials like Lucky asked and if they are correct then contact your Provider.
