When will the BT3 remote features be available on Z11.
You can use bt3 remote on z11, go to bluetooth and disconnect bt1 remote (if you have that one) and then connect the new bt3 remote on your z11.
Click on search devices and hold ok and menu button together.
Maby they give the formuler remote app an update on the z11, so you can setup the buttons.
If you not already can do that. Maby if you select bt1 that it also is possible. I didn't test it.
Is it possible to disable the red light when the Z12 is standby or powered off? I dimmed the white led when on, but cannot dim/disable the red light when stopped/standby.

When using the catch up option through the EPG is there an option to extend the time of the catch up programme? I always seem to miss the end by a few seconds.

OK, so I tried with SmartTube. It works indeed, though I have another bug with SmartTube (error code 403, then "applying fix", but failing to resume the trailer). At least, I can exit and come back to the VOD interface.
You need latest update.
When you start starttube from apps section, push menu and go to information. And switch "give update notification" on and search yourself for update, to update app to latest version.

A planned recording on my Kingston usb3 doesn't work from the guide.
Recording error.
Its directly from my z11 into z12 usb3.
If i press record its okay.
But because there are recordings from my z11 on the usb, i won't format it yet.
Fix: i make a backup from recordings to the internal storage. Then i format it with file manager plus and or rufus.
And test it again this weekend.
But now im thinken. I had this problem before also.
But today i tested it in the afternoon and let box running (not standby) and it record. While i watched it it started recording itself. So that was okay.
The other program didn't record, same channel, but box was on and now tv off and i was at diner.
Will test further tomorrow.
Dolby atmos is already on z11 with passthrough option if your tv or soundbar supports dolby atmos.
Kodi has also passthrough and with the Z12 you can use kodi for dolby atmos and dolby vison.
For sure activate i Kodi at settings player and the "dolby vision compatible modus to "on".
Did you try already to go to mytvonline3 settings.
Then to the opensubtitles section and disable all the not nessesary subtitle languages. So only your language is on the right side.
And save it.
Restart box for sure and test again.
Kodi works fine yet with dolby atmos and audio passthrough.
Oh if you have black screen with Kodi with a Dolby Vision movie, you need to switch de dolby vision switch in kodi. So that it convert dolby vision 7 to version 8. Cause most movies are recorded with version 8 says kodi.

I have not inserted any usb or sid card and i use offical power adapter which followed with device.
The audio sync is totally off, works well with other devices and pro 11 Max.

Hi, I bought the Formuler Z12 Ultra, and the device keep restarting every 5 minutes. I'm also having issues out of sync audio. I had Z11 pro Max earlier which worked fine.

Yes, if ik honest i have internet problem with norhvpn after some minutes.
Did already 5 times factory etc. Reinstalled nordvpn etc. But i changed from automatic protocol to other and it worked so far i know.
Read slow my nas and apps are crashing with dolby atmos or dolby vision. Vlc player, novaplayer or kodi.

I am recently have this exact issue. It worked fine before, but now doesn’t go back to the mytvonline3 interface and gets stuck in YouTube. The only way to get out is to press home, then go to one of the VOD favorites listed on the home screen.
Can come due update of youtube.
You can try to delete youtube updates.
Then try again to watch trailer.
If you want to update youtube again go to google playstore and update it (if its not already done automaticly)
I have movies en series on a harddrive connected with a Z12 new and i want to delete a movie when i have see it. How to do that on a formuler z12 box ? When i try to delete it with Kodi it wont work and also with X-plore nothing. Please help.

I think your z8 is blocked due your provider. You bought box at website together with a iptv service i think.
To unblock your device:
For Z8:
Go to home menu ->Settings -> Storage & Reset -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update" -> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) 10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.
And then can you add your portal name, url and credentials again.
online subtitles is working fine on my end.
Are you still experiencing the issue? Have you tried testing with different subtitle files?

Will Formuler ever change in Mol3 in the VOD Favorite so that we can change the order of newly added Tv Series or Movies ? It would be nice to rearrange the Newly added items or add new folder so we can rearrange them as we want, just like in the "My Groups" of the Live Tv Section we can add new folders and name them to separate the channels we want.

The Bug in the system for the Formuler Z12 Ultra. The BT3 remote control will not set up. Someone found out it is a bug in the program when you upgrade from the BT2 to the new BT3. They said the script writers' are aware of the problem! The need to write new code into the system so you can setup the BT3. Until they do that you have to use the BT2 remote to get around!
Hope they do it quickly so we can use the capabilities of the new remote. Seems to only affect those who upgraded from BT2 to BT3.

Menu, Contentmanager, contentsources, data sync, refresh.
Go back to tv channels or so and wait till you see "new content arrived" and press then ok and wait till its added and search again.

Now comes a question that I don't know if you can answer. I downloaded the SmartONE app before and installed it on my Formular. Added the same TV account that I have on my MOL3 in the Formular. I also have MOL3 on my iPad. Same account on all 3 devices. If I search for the movie "The Woman in Cabin 10", SmartONE finds it in 4 languages. Same when it comes to MOL3 on my iPad. But not a single hit when I'm in MOL3 which is standard in my Formular. Attaching 4 pictures. Maybe I should ask this question in the MOL3 group.

If you have 1 account at provider. You can it use on 1 device at a time!
Not all together at the same time. Or you have 4 lines at the provider but that you don't write.
Be sure app on ipad with iptv is fully closed!
Also on formuler device.
For sure tick twice on remote on home (house) button and then red button above "info" button. (Delele/close everything)
The start mytvonline3.
Menu, Contentmanager, data sync, contents data, refresh.
Then set auto update data to 16:00 hours or so.
Go back with arrow to the channel and wait till you see "new content arrived". Then click ok button.
After refresh test if you can find movie.
Go to vod.
Push 1x at to the right. Then on the loop. And type cabin.
Hopefully it was that your Subscription was not refreshed.
Couldn't get the app to work.
Uninstalled the app.
have tried some other apps that can show installed apps.
They show that only one app is installed.
To bad you can't get app working.
Delete from both google play store the updates.
Restart box.
If both stand there again. And you have not much apps. You can do always the factory reset my friend.
And put usb in box and make backup of mytvonline3.
Start mytvonline3, menu, and then at bottom somewhere stand backup.
Think about it or let it be.

After checking the "Interweb", my LIMITED understanding is that no 'special' cable is required and that any HDMI cable that meets the HDMI 1.4 standard or higher can support ARC (but you probably want the 'best' cable you can get within your budget).

If its on your homescreen then you can hold ok button on google play store and remove.
If you have serious 2 times playstore in the apps section.
Its very strange yes. Never had or seen it.
What can you do:
Download adb tv app manager via playstore.
Open it and give it all permissions it ask about. Like give it user access.
Enable developers settings and then enable USB debugging.
Step 4 is allow this pc and then allow
Connect.
You see adb app now.
Slowly press down button till you find 2 (two) times the google playstore.
Delete one due click on it and click uninstall.
If you only find one google playstore.
Then you can disable it by the yellow button and or when you click on it.
Restart box.
Check how many icons you have.
Maby its okay now or you start adb again en go to playstore and enable it again.
In worst case factory reset but i wont do it. To much work.
Maby a app sideloaded? Remove then the fake playstore.
The right playstore app package name is: com.android.vending
Any another with google play store should be wrong.
Speed & Wifi was good because you could see what speed was being claimed.
I use "internet download speed" app.

Why do I have two icons for Google Play?
Many one on homescreen and other on app (all apps) screen.
Thats normal.
If you have 2 times google play store on APPS screen (not your home screeb)
Then restart box.
If the 2 playstores are there do at both uninstall updates amd then restart box again and check again.
Google playstore updates itself but you can do it also manual due go to playstore, settings en somewhere you find update playstore.

Today i tested the movie the conjuring last rites.
Automatic search i got error.
And manual search i got also whole week error.
But this time not! I removed just like always the year and group name (EN) in the title.
In short: only the title were i searched for.
And i got the results and it worked again! Download succes. So it was at opensubtitles.com there side. so Formuler don't need to fix it. Great!

Solved, neighbor say he had no arc port.
But when we took tv of wall it was hdmi 3 arc. So replaced his sonos hdmi cable to hdmi 3 arc.

Bought a new usb Kingston stick today, format with formuler, samething recording works but no timeshift, format with Rufus not working too... i have to select internal storage and timeshift works, have 30 days to return the Z12 to Amazon, 15 days left...

But the devs have holiday, but maby october the first update. Who knows.
So wait some weeks. Or return it.
Buy z11 pro max bt1 and or buy z12 a year later.

On Z12 there is GRID info (EPG).
It seems to show 24 hours ahead.
