corrected my mistake. I was the whole day on forum and have a lot posted. So i was confused i think.
The same provider works with other 10 people, using exactly the same box. Also, issue persist right after re-adding the service and without anything else being installed in the box, just MOL. Some times it might work for hours, some times it crashes right away. How do I send logs? It does happen.
Just contact provider and let them remove the countries you don't watch.
If that's done, then remove cache from mytvonline2 and test again.

Just try it. You can always the countries you don't watch let be added by provider again.

I can reproduce it. It's at the "new added" section. First provider It's all swedish with same text yes.
Second provider first movie is okay.
Ipman is movie and see movie text, but from the seconds movie to the rest it takes over the text from 2nd movie.
Provider 3
All fine.
It changes at every movie, so it's correct.
Provider4
It takes the text ipman movie over from provider 2 and shows it in the newly added row everywhere from provider 4??🤣
when i go Back, to provider 3 and pick a movie the 5thbin the row, and push down to provider 4. It shows at provider 4 the movie info from provider 3 🤣

No! It took my vpn country were i was connected with. Very strange. Only with hbo.

Smartube isn't working. I have IP4 DNS checked, but it won't play. Tizentube works perfectly.
Use beta version of mol3
HowTo Install:
Home Menu -> Software Update -> press "1339" -> Red Icon and Beta Test SW appear (right corner) -> Press Red Button -> Firmware and Software are now shown, press "OK" button for install.
After that you can setup the new smarttube in mol3 setting and install the smarttube i linked/posted here above my friend.

Open your vpn and "SPLITTUNNELING" hbo app and reconnect.
SPLITTUNNELING means: vpn on, but the app(s) in SPLITTUNNELING section won't use vpn then.😃✅️ they are excluded.

Tizentube is exactly like youtube, but without ads/commercials
SmartTube is the same but has a little bit different interface.

Which country you life and who is the app called? Hbo, hbo go, hbo max?
You can see in app info where you can remove cache the package name. Something like com.hbomax.wb or com.hbo.max.

In smarttube then when you start the app press on your remote to the left and you find menu. Scroll down to bottom and you see settings.

.Right now in market is outdated version 1.0.6 and settings are not working in app and it can not be updated to 2.0.1 by itself.

In both apps in settings you can turn on automatic updates.
Remove old apps first! then download those 2 apps here above. Puth them on usb and install on your box.

I have a problem with my Z8 Pro
I've installed a portal but it isn't working, anymore, its opening but screen stays black, also have a Z11 Pro Max , the same portal is working on that one.
Can someone explain me what I'm doing wrong or is it because it is an old device?
Do you have 1 subscription and use it on both devices?
Then turn off z11. (Not standby) and then restart z8.
If you watch with 2 boxes at the SAME time with 1 subscription, you will get on one box stuttering, buffering and or fully black screen.

A solution like Patchboy said, you can contact your provider and tell them to remove on your subscription all the countries, except the countries you watch!
As example: if you watch only usa and Canada: tell provider to delete all the countries on your subscription except USA and Canada😃

If you send logs. Do that only if problem happens. Then direct note log number BEFORE sending it. And noto the log number here in forum my friend, so developers know the log file number and check it.

Download this latest newest AndroidTV version of the app and try it. Put it on usb and install it on your box. I created in English only. If you need HBO in other language tell me. I create it for you.

I tested it myself. It took the language of the vpn country where im with connected. So i was connected to Poland, and it showed in Polish. If you use vpn, change it to homecountry if needed!

I went into settings and I have no way of getting back out
There is no exit button and pressing back on the Formuler remote just takes me to the main screen, not back to the actual HBO main interface, the arrow keys don't help
I have stopped the app, uninstalled and reinstalled and every time it comes back onto the settings screen that I cannot get past
Pretty sure I'm not an idiot but I cannot find a way out, I've even gone into mouse mode, but that didn't help

I'm from Belgium in Europe, we have TV's that support 60hz and 50hz.
I think i found the issue, i had some trouble with my internet connection 2 days in a row, and the formuler box still had some important updates to download (like android TV core services, google app for android tv, etc etc). It's still a guess though because i had to go to work for 8 hours and when i came back i suddenly got all the screen resolution options i did not have before and did nothing to the device, so i could select 4K 50hz which fixed the issue. Thanks alot SAM :).
In europe is the standard PAL 50hz.

Did you turn off hdmi-cec on box?
If no, turn it off and reboot and try again.
Check also hdmi cec in tv settings. Turn to off. Just for test.

Without ethernet cable, usb connected etc. First disconnect power for 2 minutes.
Only hdmi in (direct from tv) and power and hardreset then.
Try also other hdmi ports on your tv and don't use hdmi splitters etc! Hdmi direcly from Z12 to tv!
If not help, make use of your warrenty.
