Hi everyone,
Unpacked my (second) Z12 ultra. However this one does not have MOL3 installed. I took the steps that I found here on the forum:
- Rebooted; MOL3 not installed
- Soft reset (via software);
- Hard reset (via func)
- searched in Market (not available)
Does anyone have any advice what else I can do?There are more threads/post with this.
They are working on it. Please have some patience.

I have just purchased the Z12 and have set it up today so am new to this.
When it booted up it immediately did a software update.
I have the apps (YouTube etc) on the home screen but no Mytvonline.
I have searched for the app in market and it says ‘no search results’.
If you read posts above, you see more people have it. Please wait some hours or day.

If you made a mistake at static, then it can be that you don't have internet.

Choose ethernet
And at buttom somewhere you find private dns.
And there you can type it.

Netherlands - i installed a box before the weekend and it worked. I could also update the firmware of this particular box. But the MOL3 is not appearing

I seem to have the same problem - and cannot download via software update? (I'm not a retailer)
I use Nordvpn.
And i can connect to software updater server.
In which country do you live? Italy, france and spain are blocking a lot of dns/url's.
Maby try free vpn?

Unable to download MYTVONLINE3
Since this morning, whenever I set up a Z 12, I can't download MYTVONLINE.
I've tried using my Ethernet cable, Quad 9, Cloudflare, etc., and even via 5G hotspot, but it still doesn't work.
However, it works with the Z 11 Pro.
I've tried 3 different Z 12s, but it's still the same. Is there a specific step I need to take to force the update?

Z11 pro max keeps shutting down every 2 mins and reappears as formuler logo any solutions ?
Try hard reset. See on youtube how to:
Disconnect all usb, ethernet cable, sd card etc.

New to this forum, bought my first Formuler box 2 weeks ago a Z mini and so far
its been working great! The best box i ever used! I am very happy!
I want to connect to my FTP server with my Z Mini and download some content to watch, installed VLC
and want to try this out on the Z mini but i cant find any FTP client software like FileZilla.
My question is if there is a easy way to connect to a ftp server? what software to use?

Yes, download in playstore the app: file manager plus.
File Manager - Apps on Google PlayFast, easy-to-use and full-featured file manager app with cloud integration.play.google.comAnd then behind remote button you can find samba, (s)ftp, etc...
Also you can set it up the app as ftp server i thought.

News update. I coudn’t fix the issue by doing a hard reset. I told him to buy a z11 instead and I brought his z10 with me

Method 1: Physical Hard Reset (Recommended for freezes/boot loops)
- Disconnect the power cable from the Formuler Z10 device.
- Locate the hidden reset button. On many models, it is inside the IR port or a small pinhole labeled "Reset" on the back or bottom.
- Use a paperclip to press and hold the recovery button.
- While holding the button, reconnect the power cable.
- Continue holding the button until the screen changes (Android Recovery menu appears or Z10 logo disappears).
- Use the remote or button menu to select Wipe data/factory reset.
- Select Factory data reset to confirm.
- Once complete, select Reboot system now.

Hey everyone. Sorry to bother you but a friend has a strange issue with his Z1O pro formuler. As i wrote in the title, he can't turn on his Z10. Everything was fine until today. At first, i thought it was his remote or power cable but it isn't. I think he's really unlucky ahaha. I told him to wait a but until i got some news.

Try another power adapter with same specs.
Or try factory reset if possible.
Disconnect all usb, sd cards, network cable etc.
Only power and hmdi in box. Everything else Disconnect!

Aak provider to convert it to xtream codes api (xcapi). So you get one url, and a username and password.
So you have more functions like catchup etc.
It's already in the url the username and password. But if you are a beginner It's simple to ask it to provider, so they give you the right credentials.
Try that please.
And ask eventually for a reset account.
And if you use a vpn you subscription needs to set to vpn at provider.

What's going on with the Z11? I have a lot of these devices in use. They all crash—the screen freezes and the device goes back to the home screen. This started happening a few days ago.
Try to make backup on usb from mytvonline3 portals from 1 device!
Remove/uninstall mytvonline3!!
Reboot that device!
Install mytvonline3 via market app.
Restore via mytvonline3 the backup on usb and test again my friend.

I have an IPTV app (SmartONE) installed on my Formuler. Today an updated version 4.4.0 came out. How do I update it on my Formuler? Can I do it without deleting the one I have?

Via playe store, if it's not there search for website on google an try to download it from official website if possible.
If it's in playstore it can sometimes take one to three weeks if it's appear on your box.
