    I have an IPTV app (SmartONE) installed on my Formuler. Today an updated version 4.4.0 came out. How do I update it on my Formuler? Can I do it without deleting the one I have?

    Via playe store, if it's not there search for website on google an try to download it from official website if possible.

    If it's in playstore it can sometimes take one to three weeks if it's appear on your box.

    I wonder, netlfix app should be able the run fine on any android OS right? How come they can block some devices? would think its just a progam for a certain operation system, Formuler runs on Android right?

    Simple explained: netflix doesn't certified the formuler boxes.

    Even the formuler gtv with original androidTV software didn't have netflix. But the gtv is google certified.


    It's a netflix thing. They don't give formuler and many other brand boxes no certification.

    I am still really wondering how something simple as Netflix isnt able to run on the Formuler Z11,

    Ask netflix why they don't certified most boxes.

    It's stupid also, less costumers. Why not netflix on all devices? More buying customers is better.

    I'm not a google fan. When I got the box, first thing I did was delete the Google stuff. Since the update you can't delet any of it now.

    Try app adb app from appstore. You can delete apps with it after a good setup

    The Formuler Z11 Pro Max has an ARMv8-A (64-bit) CPU, but it seems to only support ARMv7 (32-bit) APKs. Why is a 32-bit system used on 64-bit hardware ?

    Is this a choice made for stability/compatibility, or a limitation of the firmware ? This can be limiting for some recent applications optimized for ARM64.

    Mytvonline3, menu, settings, player options, online subtitles, preferred subtitles.

    Deselect all subtitles, excluding your language. So if you want English subtitles.

    You should have on the right top corner only English ¹. Click on complete.

    Try this: in mytvonline3 go to the subtitle settings in mytvonline3 menu! On the right sight you see a lot off languages.

    Click on everyone that you don't need! So that your subtitle language the only one is on the right. Click ok or update and restart box!

    Try again after restarting the box.

    I am using IPTV and have around 80 channels that are under favorites. The IPTV provider updated the username and URL. How can I save the channel list before updating the username and the URL details ? Currently using Mytvonline 3

    You can't.

    You can make a photo of your favorites list.

    But if url changes, you need to mark the channels as favorite again.

    Btw, due a lot of dns/url blocks worldwide, the providers needs to changes there url's more often.

    Maybe I am completely dumb, but I am following your instruction as to how to change to Althernate and I do not see anywhere in my Z11 content sources where it says EPG MODE

    If its not there, then you watch not via stalker but xtream codes api.

    It's only availeble with the stalker connection (mac id)

    With mac id steps are what henkie almost said:

    Content Manager>content sources>highlight the provider you want to change, scroll to the right>click on pencil (edit), click, scroll to epg mode and change it from default to alternate>scroll down and press update/save.


    But if it's not there and you see only: epg offset and epg update interval, then you are on xc api.

    I have recently signed up for a 24h iptv trial that uses Xtreme Codes API (XCAPI). Some of the channels have catchup (the red recording icon) and many do not


    Is it normal for a trial to limit the amount of channels that have catch up compared to buying a full sub?

    It's provider related. Some most watched or important channels have catchup.

    If they gave all channels catch up, they need a lot of servers and storage.

    SAM the menu option to set EPG data pull is only available when using XCAPI protocol, not when using Stalker Mac protocol.

    If you edit stalker portal it's only visible there.


    And yes, when when you make a new xc api portal, then is that option there.

    if you save the xc api portal and edit it later the epg/alternate is gone yes.

    I am new to these but not new to iptv

    I have put in all my info for new portal and I can see all the channels but the most I can get on the guide is low 300's

    am I doing something wrong? I am just trying to get the usa and canada channels on the guide.

    I have tried to connect to my phone vs. my home wifi and no difference there.

    You mean you have epg/guide on +- 300 channels and the rest has no epg?


    Provider related. Contact your iptv seller.

    Send it back please and ask refund.

    And buy one in local store and or european store.

    If you buy one on ebay and or amazon you need always to ask seller if it's a European version. If they don't know then don't buy.

    In my country are online stores too, who sell Formuler boxes.

    Come on!!! It's standard on almost 99% of all panels an m3u and Xtream codes... strange provider.

    Yes, my MAC address was in Stalker mode, my portal was locked just for the provider... I had asked him for the URL, username, and password to put my MAC into XC API. He gave me the username and password but not the URL, so I used the PCAPdroid app to capture my data... That's why I thought the /c/ was part of my data.

    Yes, check macid under the box. That it the right one.

    I bet he given the wrong mac to provider.

    Let provider convert macid to xc codes api for better watch experience.

    Url, user and password.


    I think he has given the wrong macid 00:1A:B8....

    And should be 00:1E:B8.... (i thought)

    In that way. Let provider search on panel for they 00:1A mac and 00:1E MAC.

    Than he finds it.✅️

    And please let it convert by provider to xc api!

    /c at end of url is only nessesary with mac ic/stalker. Then you have only url. And no username and password.

    Yes, I already did that at the beginning of the problem... but I can always do it again. I haven't installed anything on my Z11 box yet.

    I will come back and let you know early this evening.

    If there was NO block or you did it removd already it's not nessesary to check for block again.

    Make backup of mytvonline3 on usb.

    Uninstal mytvonline3. (not remove icon)

    reboot

    Install mytvonline3 via software update.

    Open mytvonline3 and restore/import backup from usb.

    Hope it helps?

    If not, try a factory reset.

    This is happening with different movies.

    my IPTV provider connection is MAC ID/Stalker and url.

    someone in another older post with same issue was suggested to "Try setting AFR for VOD to ON".

    Would that really help?

    You can try yes to turn on/off afr for vod and see if it helps.

    Should be great if it helps.

    But afr is beginning to work at the beginning of movie instantly.

    It's worth a try.

    You can also ask provider to convert your stalker id to xc api. (Url, username and password)

    It's has much more functions and better performance.

    Btw... stalker/macid is by some providers not in work anymore.

    Only xtream codes api.

    Try that also please.

    First the afr option what someone say.

    If that not worked out for you, turn it back on and then you can try to contact provider to "convert" your subscription to xc api.

    I think it will work better. Also you can watch programs back if provider supports it etc.

    Indeed, it was probably due to the DNS. After an hour, my account is working again with my old credentials. I ran another scan with the PCAPdroid app and my old data reappeared... I removed the '/' slash, but unfortunately, I still don't have the EPG. I'll just have to wait for my second provider to expire so I can lock the portal back to my default provider to get the EPG. Thanks a lot for your time anyway!

    Can you check something for me and yourself?

    Go to Settings > Storage & Reset on your Z11.
    If a block is installed, you will see an option to "Check for configuration update".

    If you find the "Check for configuration update" option, your device has a provider block installed. If you find it not there, then is no block installed and the box is fully under your control!


    If you find it and you want to delete the provider block:

    Go to Settings > Storage & Reset on your Z11.
    If a block is installed, you will see an option to "Check for configuration update".
    Highlight the configuration line, then press the 0 (zero) button 10 times on your remote. This will perform a factory reset and remove the block.

    Hello, thank you for taking the time to help me. Now it won't connect at all... Can the provider see the connection attempts I'm making on the same box? I've been resetting it so much... My URL and password no longer work, not even on my phone where my account was already saved.

    Only your iptv provider can change your credentials.

    Url can be changed more due dns blocks.

    You say to me the portal and username/pass change often.

    Looks like your box is blocked by provider.


    Which box do you have exactly?

    Maby you can write down your portal, url, username and password.

    And make a backup of mytvonline3 with an usb stick so your portal

    If you want reset your box you have a backup of your portal etc.

    Hello, first of all, thank you for replying. But my EPG issue is actually different: when I lock my portal to just my provider, I receive the EPG for the channels... But when I unlock my portal to use other accounts, I no longer get the EPG for the channels. Also, the URL ends with /c/
    But with my second provider that I enter (the temporary provider), I don't have any EPG issues.

    So you are connected to a stalker portal.

    Delete the last slash, so it end up with: /c

    Click update after change url and refresh your subscription in Contentmanager manager. And check again my friend.


    Or ask provider to convert your subscription to xtream codes.

    Url, with a username and password.
