problem EPG

  • "Hello, I have a Formuler Z11 Pro MAX. Everything was working perfectly until I unlocked the portal in the system information by entering '000000'. After doing that, I had to enter the URL, login, and password.

    Everything else works fine, but I can no longer load the EPG. I left it on the default settings. I’ve tried everything: clearing the cache, loading the EPG, and refreshing, but nothing works. In the portal settings, no date is displayed for the EPG, and when I try to force an update, it fails to load. As a result, all channels display 'No Information'. I have to go into the full EPG menu just to see the program listings."


    Oh yes, I've already cleared the caches, performed a factory reset, and all of that... but still nothing works.


    I also tried using a 5G hotspot from my phone, but it didn't work. However, on the Smart Pro app on my phone, the EPG displays correctly for all channels. Is this a problem specifically with MyTVOnline 3

    Anyway i saw yesterday evening that i also didn't have EPG.

    I use vpn, will have a look today and try to find out what problem is.

    But internet is out here at the moment, so can't do anything yet...

    Try going into Content Manager>content sources.navigate to epg icon above.press this icon.a pop up menu will appear.choose update EPG.

    P.S.also check last epg update date in content source.

    But like our friend badmad04 said, yesterday nothing and today.

    And i had it yesterday evening with all my 5 providers. No epg. Strange on all 5 together. But like i said, will check this afternoon.

    not sure what you mean exactly by that.

    Delete your current portal (i guess XC Api) and create again new one but this time take into account this steps -> RE: Guides Are All "No Information" (Z11)

    Hello, first of all, thank you for replying. But my EPG issue is actually different: when I lock my portal to just my provider, I receive the EPG for the channels... But when I unlock my portal to use other accounts, I no longer get the EPG for the channels. Also, the URL ends with /c/
    But with my second provider that I enter (the temporary provider), I don't have any EPG issues.

    So you are connected to a stalker portal.

    Delete the last slash, so it end up with: /c

    Click update after change url and refresh your subscription in Contentmanager manager. And check again my friend.


    Or ask provider to convert your subscription to xtream codes.

    Url, with a username and password.

    Only your iptv provider can change your credentials.

    Url can be changed more due dns blocks.

    You say to me the portal and username/pass change often.

    Looks like your box is blocked by provider.


    Which box do you have exactly?

    Maby you can write down your portal, url, username and password.

    And make a backup of mytvonline3 with an usb stick so your portal

    If you want reset your box you have a backup of your portal etc.

    Can you check something for me and yourself?

    Go to Settings > Storage & Reset on your Z11.
    If a block is installed, you will see an option to "Check for configuration update".

    If you find the "Check for configuration update" option, your device has a provider block installed. If you find it not there, then is no block installed and the box is fully under your control!


    If you find it and you want to delete the provider block:

    Go to Settings > Storage & Reset on your Z11.
    If a block is installed, you will see an option to "Check for configuration update".
    Highlight the configuration line, then press the 0 (zero) button 10 times on your remote. This will perform a factory reset and remove the block.

  • Yes, I already did that at the beginning of the problem... but I can always do it again. I haven't installed anything on my Z11 box yet.

    I will come back and let you know early this evening.

  • If there was NO block or you did it removd already it's not nessesary to check for block again.

    /c at end of url is only nessesary with mac ic/stalker. Then you have only url. And no username and password.

    Anyway, im happy for you.
