trust me you cant go wrong with Z8, I tried many other boxes more than 6 because of the z8 price, when i get the z8 its surprise me way far then other boxes.

Hi all, I tried about 10 screen recorder app on z8 they all not compatible with z8, the best one was ez screen recorder but when i record its not showing the channels when its on its just black screen with the channels list.

Check in the setting if the Auto Frame Rate is ON if yes turn it off then you’ll have smoother changing channels experience
Of course, you get the same quality but not the desired frame like some users want to have. Some users will not even see any changes in the video smoothness if AFR is On or Off. Must each user check and decide if he should use it or not.
AFR is holding the video and need to change to proper frame. Turn off AFR in MOL Settings like iWanchek told, then the channel zapping should be fast like always.
its already off but after restarting the portal ( disconect and coneting again) now get better and back to normal. by the way what mean by Auto Frame Rate

now changing between channels is slower spatially on epg
i feel like the previous one was better and smother.
i wish we can change between previous interface and the new one, will see soon maybe get better.

I have the same issue. After 10/15 minutes it stops.Mtol2 or kodi, didn't tested with youtube yet.
I'm connected by wifi, My provider is a Portuguese Meo. Have no issues with the internet on pc or anything else
same thing happens with me after i did internet wired all working good

Same problem before and i found out the provider didnt active the subscrib, so talk to him

On z7 go to settingwheel or android settings.
Choose Ethernet.
Choose static.
Example of my numbers are: ip: 192.168.1.250
Only change the numbers after the third point. So in your case change 250.
Maby you have 192.168.178.250
And set dns to 1.1.1.1 or 9.9.9.9.

Please set in formuler settings to static ip adress.
Check on your router the dhcp lease time. And change the leasetime to 3600 or higher.
Yes please i was trying to do static ip i couldn't find how and whats the numbers to add can you please help me ?
and my dhcp lease time i have from 30 mn to 2 weeks and the last one its forever so change it to forever.

I got another buffering problem after first week working with no buffering problem I got one now
with all the channels
This is what i tried and nothing got solve the problem
- Tried Wifi 2.4g and 5g
- Tried wired and changed it as well
-factory reset the z8 and the router
- speed test its 200 mb all the time
please anyone have any idea let me know.

Check also your router settings if you have now the same problem also with Ethernet. Some of the users blocked trough router Firewall Google DNS Server and the connection didn`t work.
What i have to do with router settings ? please let me know

After fixing first problem I got another one now.
* The Z8 keep disconnect with internet every couple days, so when its happens everything else working well with internet, So nothing solve this problem with the setting only factory rest the Z8,
i really like the the Z8, but if problems keep coming i will have to return it i have couple days left.

After finally i get wired Ethernet connection from my router, look like the problem is gone, Im not sure why this happens when I use 2.4g or 5g wifi connection.

Yes, by Mac, and i guess its from provider side, because itry another provider for couple days free trial and no problem, so what should i tell my provider to do ?

So it's still happening? I suggest getting in contact with your provider to see if they're detecting some anomolies on your connection and thus shutting your connection down frequently. How are you connecting, MAC, Xtream Codes or M3U?

Try watching a channel and before the 30mins limit hits, change the channel. Can you go beyond the 30min limit by doing this? If so, it sounds like your provider is limiting your playback to 30min when no activity (i.e. channel changes ) is detected
like im watching bein sport 5 after around 20-30 mn sometime less then 20, the channel stop working (freezing for 2 seconds and the black screen comout and i press ok on remote and show up the channels list and then i switch the channels and again after 20-30 mn samethings ?

Hi all, Im using z8 and using mytvonline 2, when im watching channel working pefect and no buffering at all, but after abou 30mn its stop working the channel so i will need to go to another channel and then go back to the same one and working again for about 30 mn?
i will need to know is this from the app mytvonline 2 or the service i use? or i can fix this problem from the setting ?
