hi, i have 2 issues from my Z11 Pro Max,
1. The box and TV turn off after playing TV series for four or five minutes without any notification on the screen, but if I watch live channels, it stays tuned all the time??
2. When I move left on the channels list, the right side small screen almost disappears. Please see the attached picture. I appreciate your help

First, we need to see MOL3, how it is different from MOL2. if just UI and some EPG features then stay on MOL2. If its like WOW thing then order Z11 box.

yes, none of the formuler box certified for netflix but I read they have modified kind of apk that works for formuler boxes.

because i using it since long time and have 2 year subscription for this. There is a specific country that is not available in Nord vpn but included in Kaspersky vpn. So i do not want to pay for another subscription. Would be great if you include this in formuler market or provide any apk that is compatible. Thank you

Looks like you have a provider box (settings and maybe even other areas locked or branded by provider). You need to contact them and ask for change.

Hello, I am having Z8 and samsung Qled 65 inch series 6 TV, When I play youtube videos on 1080p via Z8, picture quality seems very poor but same time when i play on TV youtube app the picture quality is great like it should be. I did try to change some setting on Z8 but nothing happend regarding quality. same case in iptv channels
Should i upgrad to Z10 pro max? or any other solution?

Hello, i am trying to play TV series but they are not playing. neither on MOL2 player nor on external player. giving me error in like in the picture. I am using xtream portal on MOl2. however these series work on GSiptv app but on my z8 they are present but unable to play. using latest updates as well. VOD also not working.
Seems to be a burn problem with ethernet port. normally the warranty period is 2 years. However m the burn problem won't be repaired..

I have an issue. My Z8 box was connected with gigabit LAN port of POE adapter and working great since months. Something went wrong and internet connection stopped. then i checked and felt burn smell from Ethernet port of the Z8 box. So Internet completely stopped working from Ethernet port. Now it works with WiFi but once in an hour WiFi get disconnected and by rebooting it connects again and so on.
So is there any solution doing hardware fix or software.?

I got new s mini today , did update and was setting up things, suddenly screen started flickering then frozen. restart 3 time. Two times nothing appear on screen and one start normal but then again start flickering and frozen. At the end now nothing happening on screen. It seems detects but then noting comes out. I tried to reset by pressing red butting and then 1 but it does not work. suggest me solution. see attachment
I use m3u file in playlist directly from usb but for EPG, I have to write long url, like http://server.com/xmltv.php?username=12345&password=abcer. Is there any way I can create xmltv file so that i can save on USB and then insert directly instead of writing long EPG URL?

All things work only 2 issues I noticed, if you know these issue common with other s mini please let me know
1. in MOL1 m3u playlist does not hold favourite channels. once you turn off box when you sign back there are no favorite channels in the list.
2. unable to sign in my gmail account on youtube. Although youtube works fine and i have signed in same account for app store but for youtube it does not work, Just press sign in on youtube nothing happens.
I did search on this model Formuler official site of EU and Russia. Seems same specs and physical appearance but some branding logos are different. Now I would like to know if s mini for Russia market and for EU are the same? both get same updates and same configuration etc. Now the one i have it is running on

they have mentioned the same picture . In one picture old remote andin last picture premium remote but i got old one. and Box also totally black color not like picture. One side Russian language and otherside English
