I am experiencing this issue since day one. Video format in MOL2 and Home screen is normal but when I open Youtube and play videos, the display is kind of stretched horizontally or wider than normal like some part of the channel logo hide. sometime also I noticed also voice break in talk shows on youtube. Does anyone notice this issue? Any solution?
i just tried but nothing happened.
No popup appears in the top right of the screen?
What if you press the VFORMAT button normally/short?
Perhaps your TV/screen has some aspect ratio/crop settings that you can adjust?
If you press OK when video is playing you can enable some stats, what does that show?
That looks fine.
Do you have another screen to test if the same happens there?
If the same effect persists on multiple screens the issue is in the Z8 or App,
if it only happens on only one screen it needs to be resolved in the screen config somehow.

Don't change PQ settings.
Upload a photo of what you are talking about.
Is the edge of the screen cut off?
Which brand/model TV are you using?
I have the same issue on MYTVOnline 2,
The picture is stretched/ wide.
I tried different setting but no luck, I also played around with my tv setting, no luck too. Could it be a bad Z8 unit?
