Z11 and Mol3 Bug and issue reports

More in general you can move a movie forward or backward, by using the right resp. left arrow on your remote,this is the circle around the OK button,from there you should be able to navigate to fast forward or fast rewind (Quote VE)

I have 2 different providers in the Z11 Pro Max and the function of pin channel list is genious and i love it. But i noticed that in my TV list when i refresh the content (I have pinned my live sport categories) the pinned groups dont get refreshed.

I tried to unpin them and then they where refreshed. So my pinned groups dont get refreshed. Only unpinned.

I have bought one Z11 pro max.

I cannot connect to the portal thru myonlinetv 3, i get this error message below.

Updated to the latest firmware i have tested the portal via Smartstb directly on the TV an it works great, so it feels its something with the box.

Any ideas what it can be?

i have made a factory rested and tested it without updates but with the same problem.

Did you try with xtream codes api? Portal url, username and password?

Hi, Sorry i am new to this box thing, but what is xtream codes api? i use a portal URL, but no username or password is needed.

How to use MAC/ID portal, Xtreme Codes Api (XC) and M3U Url on Formuler Boxes.

That's a Mac based subscription on SmartSTB, so if no user / pass you will need use Mac id.

Now Mac based is only one device unless you change Formula Mac to same as your smartstb and try see it works.

Of if not using SmartSTB no more, then need give your provider the Mac from formular so it works on there.

Thanks, i got it to run now, Damn its so much smoother and faster than the STB app on my TV. I love the box.

Only thing on my mind is how i change the filter for vods to newest/latest adds instead as default.

I have the new z11promax,and there are numerous complaints about EPG,For now it only updates for 2-3 hours.

This makes it almost impossible to schedule recordings at night,or early morning.

Is there any news on this issue from the devs. site,with my z10 pro,i never experienced EPG problems, they were simply always available under the guide button.

I already contacted my provider,and they say there are no issues with their EPG server!

I am on MAC ID protocol and on only one sub.

I have a z11 pro max and the epg works well for me it gives me the epg for 7 days so I am connected in mac id

I did,does not make any difference.

hi, i have 2 issues from my Z11 Pro Max,

1. The box and TV turn off after playing TV series for four or five minutes without any notification on the screen, but if I watch live channels, it stays tuned all the time??

2. When I move left on the channels list, the right side small screen almost disappears. Please see the attached picture. I appreciate your help

A small bug, the screenshot location keeps defaulting back to the sd card, not the USB that I selected

When I create a server via "Network Storage" > "Add Server" whose path already exists, I get an error message: see screenshot. Exists is incorrectly described there

Had my z11 pro max a few days now,mytv3 is more modern looking,love switching between my 3 subscriptions, but because it's new there is always bugs,alot of picture noise and screen artifacts compared to switching to the same channel on my z8 pro which is fine,but why is that every time a new box is released there is always complaints of poor pq but eventually always gets fixed?,ui on home screen and mytv3 is laggy at times,there is no utc epg mode like on my z8,epg is a bit slow on loading when scrolling through,the Bluetooth remote should be mandatory instead of the infra red,it's a better remote,using the Bluetooth remote which I bought for the z8 dosent work with my lg b8 tv to control the volume,it worked when I paired it to the z10 and z8,it works fine with my marantz avr,tryed to pair to the tv about 8 times,twice the volume icon appeared on the screen and said it's paired but after I exit the remote app the volume control won't work,it's perfect on the z8/z10

Purely by coincidence,i found out that the radio feature,in mol3 does not work.

The Content Manager says that there are 471 radiochannels available, but trying out at random between 15-20 channels, none of hem work. Its not a high priority issue for me,as i seldom use the feature, I was just wondering if more members have the same experience?

I guess i have to contact my provider about it tonight,as it is probably a provider issue!

catchup / archive plays wrong show plays one 30 mins in advance.

All category is missing from tv shows and vod.

Newly added section doesnt work shows old shows.

Sort order doesn't work on tv series and movies.

The sort order also doesnt stay selected when changing catagories on vod or series also.

How do you change the servers ? I can't change between them

Hi,PA,you should read the post by SAM"Mytvonline3-whats new" It says about connection-in mol3,all registeredportals and playlists stay connected,You dont need the switching process among portals/playlists anymore!(unlike mol2) and from there on the ContentManager is discussed ((Z11series Mytvonline3),interesting reading before bedtime

Backup and Restore -

So I’ve already setup one Z11 pro and liked it that much I ordered another….

I completed initial setup and then used the backup made on my first device to quickly set the new second one.

It seems the backup and restore function only works for mytvonline3 and doesn’t appear to backup the system, so any additional apps installed, or change of wallpaper or even personal settings preferences are not saved.

Essentially having to set everything up from scratch with the exception of mytvonline3.

Is that correct in how the backup and restore should be functioning?

I can't set a recording from the Epg then I am using the Epg for a single channel,work fine on the Z8.

I Can't clear cashe from all apps, settings/device preferences/storage/internal shared storage/cashed data,also working on Z8.

I am using xc in mol3

i did it on mines, and it work...but it didn't show on the EPG at the time of setting it up, But, it did work
